It takes months before Yoongi decides that she really isn't condescending.

If he spoke to her, Flare would respond.

She always at least threw a reply at him before she disappeared.

He does sometimes think of her as the witch  still...

but not with the malice like before.

Now, it sometimes even made him grin.

Especially when she folded the envelopes into little planes and then made them zoom into him.

On the days he isn't in his usual spot, like the day he was sitting under the cover of an art gallery roof because it was raining...

She would take much longer to track him down.

But she still appears, albeit looking a little tired, and gives him an envelope without a word of complaint.

She never complains.

She doesn't make very much eye contact,

not that Yoongi was an eye contact person either.

But now that he has gotten to know her ways...

it seems it was because her mind was on other things.

And not because she thought he was beneath her.

Which was what he originally assumed.

And if she never stayed with him more than a minute or two, he had come to think maybe she was in a hurry.

He felt increasingly guilty then, so that he tried to be in the same corner of the same park every seventh day.

But she didn't always come on the same day nor at a set time.

He had waited in a rainstorm one time.

He didn't tell her.

Just like she never told him how many of his usual spots she'd had to check before she found him this time.

Or how long she had been standing around waiting.
