Chapter 9:
Lexi's POV
Hey guys. So my friend wants me to throw Cole into a pit of lava... Nice idea but no. Sorry!
Anyways so at the end of this chapter you can post questions to the character of your choice... As many as you would like. Then in the next chapter I will post you questions with the answers!
On to the story.

"You're right, I wouldn't. " I say with my head down. He puts his arms out for me to walk into an embrace.
"But I would do this!" I scream before I knee him in the groin and punch him in the face. He bends and grunts in mortal pain.
" Obviously you don't know me as much as you thought you did. " Before I could run away he grabs my leg and pulls back with force that is filled with anger. My face comes into contact with the concrete sidewalk causing my nose to break and blood splatter all over floor. I scream as it feels like a fire as been spread into my face like a sticky jam.
" Oh my god. Lexi I'm so sorry!" I see a shadow of knees crawl over to me and I am being lifted up but then my eyes start to get heavy. " Lexi stay with me, please I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to I just tried to get you to come back I'm sorry." My eyes are way to heavy so I let go and close them, but not before I hear heavy footsteps running towards me.
" LEXI?!?" I hear Zack yell. Then I feel Cole be pushed off of me and Zack kneel down beside me. " Lexi what happened?! What did you do to her Cole!" He starts to yell.
" I-I'm sorry Zack. I should have told you before. I-I love you." I choke out. His eyes widen in shock and I feel a little embarrassed but all I can feel is pain. The last thing I see is Zack bend down and kiss my lips gently.

" Lexi I'm sorry that he hurt you, I should have been there. I should have been there! I could have saved you! I'm sorry. I'm sorry I never told you I loved you. I have loved you even when we broke up. I just told myself you weren't meant for me. But look where we are now. I'm sorry how you cry at night, I'm sorry I can't lie beside you at night so you can cry in comfort, I'm sorry that it has to be like this, I'm sorry that Cole didn't turn out like you wanted him to, I'm sorry that I couldn't hold you. In class I wanted to be the one to hold you, to put my arm around your waist. But then it was impossible. He would have beaten me and I thought you didn't love me like I did you." My eyes flutter open and I stare up into his green eyes.
" Lexi?" He whispers.
" Zack?" I say hoarsely. He puts his hand down onto the bed that I am lying on. I put my fragile and shaking hand onto of his big warm ones. He encircles my hand with his.
" Lexi I love you." He says with so much compassion in his eyes.
" Zack... I love you... More. I love you more." I choke out while my eyes are tearing up.
" Lexi no. I love you more." He bends down and kisses me gently on the lips.
" No." I turn away from him. " This is how you kiss." I turn back to his now smirking face and I smash my lips to his and kiss him desperately.
" Lexi." He breathes out. " Will you be my girlfriend?"
" Yes of course I will!" I pant.
" I love you."
"I love you more."
And we kiss.
