The two were laying on the grass looking up at the stars. The moon was brighter than usual. Surely it was evening. "Do you wanna train soon or tomorrow instead?"She asked, breaking the silence. He thought quietly. "I mean you did bring me here so we might as well train. it's already nighttime anyways. do you need light though?"He asked. She thought carefully. "Just for an hour because if it reaches 7 pm just maybe for 30 mins."She said. He nodded standing up stretching his arms. He was so ready to beat her. 

She stretched her arms and her legs. She did a forward cartwheel and twisted her hips a little since she was sort of sore. She cracked her knuckles wanting to look menacing but popped one in pain wincing a little. That caused Bucky to chuckle at her. She sure was cute in his eyes. "I'll start timer. let me aim at you. okay?"She said. He nodded holding up his fleshy fist and metal fist. She was a little scared of the metal arm but shook it away. 

She threw a fist at him seeing him dodge out of the way. She gave a small smile. 'Don't give too much energy in the first punch, collect your energy Ashella! you got this'She encouraged herself, especially since she had to face a tall 5'9" soldier. She aimed again at his face seeing him duck his head. Bucky decided to show dominance and rushed forward throwing a strong punch at her. Luckily for her height, she was able to duck down and roll out of the way. 

She threw a swooping leg behind him seeing him wobble a bit but not fall. Her leg hurt but she didn't care. She wanted to see the Winter Soldier fall at her feet. Bucky punched beneath her but missing her by an inch. She was quick enough to move. Luckily, she didn't get hurt because when Bucky removed his metal arm, there was a huge hole of dirt. She shook her head giggling a little bit. "Damn, Bucky. I told you training not kill me!"she said. He shrugged. 

"Can't blame me! I still have the blood of a super soldier."He said. She grabbed his shoulders with her hands and pushed herself up and over him going on her stomach behind him in stealth mode. He turned confused as to ask where she went. She went back up quickly and punched his cheek hard. He stumbled a little and reached for her wrist quickly lifting her up in his soft grip. She pouted. She kicked him straight in the face causing him to drop her on her back. 

She let out a whine of pain and laid down there trying to relax the pain on her back. She got back up jumping at him when he kicked her straight in the stomach out of reflex. She flew to the tree hitting her back against it. She cried out in pain biting her lip from crying. Bucky frowned and rushed over to her. "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean that!! It was just a reflex!"He walked over to her hugging her close. She placed her hand on his chest. "Don't touch me for now, my back hurts..I think there's like scratches or wounds.."She spoke. 

"Why would there be wounds?"He asked. "Well, I.. I just got whipped before by my teachers when I was younger than 10. I don't know why but they always hit me with the whip when I talk to other people. That's why when I first say Natasha, I was a quiet shy girl. Then I continued to open up and here I am now...so, let me relax please.."She finished her short story. She relaxed into the tree shutting her eyes. Her face shown with grimace due to her back. 

Bucky felt guilty. "Should I just call your dad?"He sat beside her caressing her back gently to not press down hard. "No, don't.. I don't want him to worry or band you out of my life..He did that with my boy friend. He hit me before when I spread the truth that he was gay. Tony found out so, he paid the principal to get my friend kicked out and ruined their lives by decreasing their salary by 20%. So, clearly, I don't want you to be involved or ruin your life."She laid her head on his shoulder. "Let's just end practice right now.. Let's go home."She spoke. Bucky lifted her up in his arms walking home with her in their headquarters.

He lifted her with ease and set her down on the floor by her feet. "Don't tell anybody about what happened today.. I promise you to keep your word or else I have to stay in the headquarters my entire life to keep me from 'Harms way' as what Tony says."She fixed her hair and fixed her clothes. She stretched her arms and grabbed a corn-dog. "that's all, am I right? are you sure you don't want me to drop you at your room or can you handle it?"She shakes her head. 

"It's fine Bucky. I can do it."She optimistically spoke. Bucky spoke, "Don't call me Bucky. I have a real name which is James Buchanan Barnes."She rolled her eyes. "Fine, James. I'll see you downstairs later. I'm going to rest for a while."She said. She headed up the stairs trying to ease her back. She laid in her bed after putting her keys in. She shut her eyes slowly falling asleep. She was tired and drunk so It was fine if she was to sleep. 

Meanwhile, a hand was placed on Bucky's shoulder causing him to turn. "Did you see my daughter?"It was Tony. Bucky pushed his hand off him and said, "She's upstairs. She's sort of in a bad shape so I suggest not to bother her."Tony glared at him. "You don't tell me what to do. I'm her father. What did you do to her to cause her in bad shape? did you do something to her?"Tony grabbed his flesh shoulder tightly. Bucky thought about it and then shook his head. 

'Better to just leave soon rather than stay here much longer.'He thought. "No, she's just in a bad mood. Did you see Steve?"He changed the subject. Tony looked at him searching for any problems in the Soldier's blue eyes. He suspiciously nodded. "No. He's probably with Sam. go look for them. the party's at the back. I'll check up on Ashella."He said leaving to go to Ashella's room. Bucky let out a sigh grabbing a bottle of water downing it his throat. 

He went to the bathroom brushing his teeth to get the smell of alcohol off his mouth. He didn't want any more suspicion from Tony Stark. They surely disliked each other. Bucky stretched his arms and went to change into normal clothing. Blue long sleeved shirt and black jeans. He headed downstairs to the backyard seeing the others playing a game. 

He stood at the side of the party watching quietly. "Okay, truth or dare Natasha?"Bruce spoke to her. Natasha smirked. "Dare."She spoke. "I dare you to offend Steve since he's still not used to the present of 2019."He smiled widely. Steve frowned. "Hey! I may be 100 years older than you guys but I get the new present boi!"He said showing a gang sign. Bucky chuckled. The others laughed at him shaking their heads. "Such a loser. did you remember the time Steve said language? like he was an old mother-f*****! you were like my grandpa."Natasha laughed. 

The others laughed remembering. Bucky laughed. "He's like a grandpa. Instead of calling you Captain America. They should call you Grandpa America!"He snickered. Steve turned seeing Bucky. "Bucky! you're here. I thought you weren't coming back. come here, sit with us. We're playing-- what's it called again?"They asked. Wanda shook her head. "It's truth or dare, grandpa. now come on sit down with us grandpas."She said 

The two sat down beside each other watching the game unfold. Meanwhile, Ashella was holding her father back from beating Bucky up. "He hurt you! what the hell is wrong with you going somewhere with that asshole!"She frowned shaking her head. "Tony, he was just my company. I didn't know things like that would happen!"She said holding onto his arms tightly. Tony wriggled from her grip and headed down the stairs towards the party. 

Ashella was afraid something would happen. Putting on her belt and hoodie on, she opened her window jumping down to the ground landing on her feet. She turned to see her step-father running towards Bucky in a speed not possible. Tony was in his suit too which was way worse. She couldn't believe this day would end in a fight. She thought things would go natural and happy not in a problematic stressful way..
