Dear Grey,

Loving you hurts. Falling in love in general, is quite painful, but it hurts much worse when it's someone you know will never love you back the way you love them.

I'm watching you from afar, stealing glances at you from my desk near the window, looking up from my work to see you're pretty face, and thinking up fantasies where we end up science partners and somehow become the best of friends.

I know it will never happen, but I can't seem to kill the love in my heart. So instead I let it continue to bloom, infesting my life and my body.

You're not as easily distracted as I am, but that's what I would expect from a kid prodigy like you.

Captain of the rugby team. Perfect grades, perfect clothing, perfect test scores, perfect parties, and you hang out with the perfect crowd.

But I've seen you.

I've seen the things that are tangled in between your little flaws.

I see the things that stand between you and complete perfect. The things that stand between you, and becoming something more than human.

You are not a robot, Grey.

Stop pretending and run away with me.

Please?
