Chapter 6

An: kinda important An after the chapter so please read it.
Also I got a comment on how to spell minotaur, and so I searched up how I spelled it and boy was it funny to me. (I have a weird sense of humor) I can't find the picture but search up minitaur.
Time Skip 2 months (I'm lazy)
Percy's POV
I look over to Nico and Peter and see them hopelessly flirting. I smiled, happy that Nico was finally moving on from Will, who had died helping all the wounded. (A/n:I forgot about Will and Nico so here's the explanation) I could see from how they looked at each other that they really loved each other. Which is saying a lot for Nico because it takes so long to make him open up. I'm surprised Peter got to him in only 2 months.
"Percy, I really need to talk to you," Peter came up to me with pleading eyes. I shook my head, he would never be able to master the puppy eyes like me. "Fine, what's up Pete?" I grinned at the nickname. Peter shuffled nervously, "Could we talk somewhere more private?" I stiffled my laugh and motioned for him to lead the way.
We ended up sitting on his bed in his room, "So Peter what's going through your head right now?" He sighs and speaks really fast, "OkaysoIhaveacrushonNicoandidontknowhowtotellhim."
I scrunched my face up in concentration, "So basically, you like Nico but don't know how to tell him?" Peter looked shocked, "How did you know?" I face palm, "You literally just told me Peter." He blushed then became serious, "So you will help me get Nico to like me right?"
I shook my head, "I don't need to, Nico already came to me and confessed his crush on you to me. Wow that was confusing to say!" Peter processed what I said and when he did he blushed furiously. "Go tell him Pete." I slap Peter on the back urging him to go. He does. I pull out my phone and text Thalia
Mission 231 is a go
Hopefully she got it.
Finally! Who's telling who?
Yup she definitely saw it.
I convinced Peter to tell Neeks
I sent the message and I heard a squeal from Thalia's room. She definitely got the text.
Nico's POV
I was deciding on whether or not to tell Peter that I liked him when I ran into him, "Oh, Peter, hi, I wanted to tell you something actually." Shit! Well no going back. I nervously shuffled back and forth before I opened my mouth to speak, which Peter was also doing. At the same time we said, "I really really like you Peter/Nico and I've liked you for a long long time and I just got the courage to tell you." Peter and I looked at each other at the same time and in unison said, "Wait really!?" Then we hugged. I heard a squeal from around the corner so I looked over and saw Thalia recording and Percy snickering beside her. "Thalia Grace give me that phone right now." I yelled at her and was about to chase Thalia but Peter held my arm which completely calmed me down for some reason, "It's fine Neeks, does it really matter?" I shook my head no and Thalia squealed once more.
Percy's POV
I was watching the beautiful moment of Nico and Peter confessing when I got a thought that scrambled my brains, 'Magnus doesn't know Annabeth died'
"SHIT! Thals, Neeks we gotta go to Boston!!" I shook Thalia as I spoke, "Why the fu k would we be going to Boston?" Nico asked from beside Peter. "Because Annabeths cousin doesn't know she died!!! I need to call Samantha to get Magnus and Alex to meet us." I rushed to my room and grabbed my monster proof phone out and quickly dialling Samantha's number. "Pick up Samantha!" As if my words were somehow heard by her, she picked up
(An: italics is Samantha and normal is Percy)
Hey Percy what's up, how are you and Annabeth?
Hey Samantha, I need to talk to you, Magnus and Alex it concerns Annabeth.
What happened Percy you sound sad?
Annabeth she- well she and basically all my friends died in the Giant War. Don't tell Magnus and Alex I need to be the one to do it since I am the reason they died.
Percy. It probably wasn't your fault, but I'll keep it from Magnus and Alex as long as you need, when will you visit?
Today at the harbour where I attempted to teach Magnus sea stuff.
Today!! How will you get there so fast!!
I'm bringing my cousins Thalia and Nico. Nico can shadow travel us to Boston.
Shadow travel? Never mind, let me guess a Greek thing huh?
Yeah, to be more exact it's a child of Hades thing but how about meet you there in an hour, so around 4:00?
Of course, I'll get Magnus and Alex, and Percy?
Yeah
I'm so sorry for your lost. I know sorry can't fix it but we'll be here if you need us.
Thanks Samantha, see you in an hour.
End call
"Death Breath, Pinecone Face!" Said people appeared in front of me, "Whose ready for an emotional train wreck in Boston?" They stared at me like I had grown three heads, "We are going to tell Annabeths cousin and his friends that she died, also heads up two of the three people there are dead." Now they were staring at me like I had no heads, "It's a Norse thing, deal with it." Nico grabbed my shoulders, "So you mean to say that there are Greek and Roman demigods and now there are Norse demigods?" I nodded my head's, "Yeah and usually all the Norse demigods are dead and live in either Valhalla or Folkvangar, also there's also Egyptian gods soooo."
"My world has just gotten so much weirder, when do we leave?" Thalia muttered under her breath before addressing me.
"Now, we are shadow travelling there cause I said we would meet them in an hour and it's been like half an hour." Nico put a hand on Thalia and my shoulder before we dissolved into the shadows of ourselves. We popped up right by the harbour we were meeting at so I went in with Thalia and Nico following me. I came across the place where Annabeth and I first met Magnus (more like I first met Magnus) and sitting on the same picnic blanket was Samantha, Magnus and Alex. (who were holding hands by the way, totally called it) I waved at them, "Hey guys, these are my cousins, Thalia and Nico, we really need to talk."
Third person POV
The three Greeks went and sat down across from the Norse children. Percy, Thalia and Nico all held looks of sadness and this did not go unnoticed by Magnus, "Hey Perce! What's up?" Percy looked Magnus dead in the eyes and said, "Annabeth is dead and its all my fault along with the rest of the seven." Alex (who was currently female) grasped the meaning of Percy's words a second before Magnus, "Wait you mean Annabeth as in your girlfriend Annabeth?" Alex asked for confirmation. Percy nodded with tears threatening to spill, "I could've saved her. If only I were a little bit faster. She shouldn't be dead, it should be me. Everyone who has died should be alive while I'm dead since I caused their deaths. It's my fault their gone!" Alex stood up and slapped Percy across the cheek, "Don't say that. They sacrifice their lives for you to live, so stop moping around honestly, how long ago was her death?" Percy's at staring up at Alex with a hand cupped to his cheek, "3 months. The anniversary of her death is tomorrow. It's the one day out of the entire year that we go back to camp. We can probably take you with us." Magnus' shoulders shook with unshead tears, "You didn't tell me my own cousin was dead for 3 MONTHS!" As Magnus spoke, his anger increased. "I know Magnus, you have every right to be mad at me, if you need to take your anger out on something, use me I don't care." Magnus looked into Percy's eyes and saw how broken he was, how Annabeths death had basically torn him in half. Magnus hadn't known Annabeth very well due to family issues but Percy, Percy had known and loved Annabeth since they were twelve. Magnus couldn't be angry at him, "We will come down to camp for the anniversary, but how will we get there?" At this Nico cracked his knuckles, making Magnus and Alex jump, "We are going my way." That just confused them even more, "What?" Nico sighed, "We are shadow travelling, that's how we got here in the first place." Samantha stood and spoke, "I would come but I have Valkery duty's to attend to as well as school." Nico nodded and grabbed onto Percy and Thalia, "Better grab onto to us if your coming." Magnus moved forward and grabbed onto to Percy while Alex grabbed onto Magnus. They said their final goodbyes to Samantha and then they fell into their own shadows and were gone. Samantha shook her head, "That I will never get used to." Before she too, left.

Hey guys, I know I havent updated in a while and that's because I kinda lost my faith in it cuz I don't really have a plot to follow.

That is why I decided to put this book on a temporary hiatus just so I can write down the next few chapters and such while also editing my earlier chapters.

I will also be posting an additional authors note after this chapter even though I hate to do it, I want this to be known
