Chapter 11

Sarah

I just finished talking to Night and i was very happy with who my wolf was. I was running fast and i loved the felling of the wind on my fur and the dirt on my paws. While running i smelt something off maybe a little dead and i thought nothing of it my nose as a wold was strong and maybe i smelt a dead deer in the area and i continued to run. As i ran i noticed the smell was getting stronger and i didn't like it. I was about to link my sister when i felt something it my head hard and i blacked out.

(once she woke up)

All i felt was pain. I looked around and saw my hands were chained up with silver which hurts wolves and i began to panic. 

'I need to tell my sister' I thought

I tried to open the link but it felt like something was stopping me. I looked around and saw more chains on the wall.'Where am I?" i thought trying to stay calm. I tried to call for night and it felt like that was blocked from me too.

Wolf's bane has to be in my system or maybe silver. Both were deadly for my kind.

(An hour later)

Maybe if i yell they might come in. I need to find out what is going on.

"HELLO IS ANYONE THERE!" i yelled as loud as i could but nobody answered."HELLO I WHAT IS GOING ON SOMEONE TALK TO ME...PLEAse anyone." I started to cry because i then realized if they came in they might hurt me or even kill me.  "Mama please save me." I said in a low voice now fulling crying. 

"WILL SOMEONE SHUT HER UP WERE GOING TO BE FOUND!" a male voice said

"THEN YOU DO SOMETHING WE HAVE THE WITCH GIRL TO DEAL WITH!" a woman yelled back

After a few minutes the large door opened and a tall large man entered the room. he looked like a bear with out the soft fur which was a possibility I learned in school that in the were family was bears, wolves, foxes and cats. it was normal for a pack of wolves to have any of them in the pack. Each bread was a little different. Bears are normally hit first ask questions later. Foxes are normally very fast and small. Cats were any size from small like a house cat to large like a lion, They are some nice and a lot mean and cunning but so are foxes.

"Please don't hit me i'll be quiet." I said while pulling my legs close to me and i looked down knowing there was nothing i could do to protect myself from anything he wanted to do.

"Then stay quiet or i will knock you out we will be leaving soon so don't think you will be saved." he said in a deep scary voice 

I stopped crying and watched as he left the room. After a few minutes a older skinny woman walked in with another younger girl. she was only thrown into the room and the older woman slammed the door. The Younger girl had long curly blond hair it was caked with dirt and blood. she looked up and saw me and she ran to me and curled up to me. I knew at this moment she was someone i need to keep safe but i also knew that i should be careful to trust her she might be their little spy.

"Are you okay?" I asked 

"I want my mother. I was taken from my home over a year ago. I have to get away. They want me to help them kill your pack but i won't its wrong." she said quickly but very quietly

"So your a witch?" I asked "So...What is your name and how old are you."

She looked up at me and smiled. "My name is Celeste Winter and even though I don't look it I'm 19. and if your next question is why my so close to you its because your warm and after what just happen I'm very cold." she said and she was right she did't look 19 she looked maybe 10 because of her small size and her little body. She looked scared but she looked like she had something to say. " I know that silver hurts so here." She said a small spell and the burning was gone and i relaxed a bit. "If you are willing to help i would very much like to leave. I don't know where i am at the moment or how far i am from home. Will you help me at the moment i think there are only two of them but one is call Daphne and the other Frank. They are weak but i need more time to gain my magic back if they don't bother us for about two days i should be able to get to full strength." She said and i nodded i was happy she wanted to leave and so did i. 

"Okay then rest ill keep watch and you sleep." she smiled and i laid my leds out and she laid her head down. 

(One day later)

For the most part the two people left us alone and Celeste slept and i watched over her. they brought us some food and i learned while Celeste was awake that we were not the only people here a few other wolves and witches were here. We talked about what type of magic she practiced. See all witches can only use one of the four elements unless your a royal witch which controlled all four elements and has another power called time lapse. It was really rare.She didn't tell me much but she was very kind to me.  

"When we get out of her I will tell you more okay?" she said 

"Deal." I said

After a while i felt something in the back of my head like some one trying to touch me but they could barley reach me. i learned about this too in school its what they said mind link felt like that i had to let them in to talk to them without words.

'Hello?' I called out hoping for an answer.

'Sarah can you hear me?' I heard someone say 

'Who is this?' i replied

'Oh my goodness my lady where are you my name is Alex and I'm in your sisters pack.' he replied 

'Alex where are you I'm so scared I don't know where i am but please help' i was starting to cry

'Don't worry if i can hear you your nearby.' he said and i felt him close the link and then i felt it come back 'We have your sent and will find you soon. See you soon my lady.' the link was gone.

I needed to know if i could still talk to night so i tried to talk to her.

'Night?' I said to our bond

'Sarah thank goodness i tried to call to you but there was something in us where i could not reach you are you okay?' she said

'I'm okay Alex linked me and said hes going to save us.' 

'Great...Be safe my young master."

'Just call me Sarah.'

'Okay.'

I closed the link and tried to wake Celeste up. "Hey wake up." Her eyes fluttered and slowly opened. "Hey i just got word that someone might be on their way ." I smiled and so did she

BANG 

We heard a door not far from us crash open and we heard yelling and fighting. I heard growling and someone screamed.

"Please don't kill us please i just want to go home" Someone yelled down the hall. 

After a few moments our door opened and Alex and another woman walked into the room Celeste made the chains on my wrist break and i finally hugged her and we started crying.

"Your safe now my lady we can take you home and the rest are coming too we will call your family once we are back." Alex said.

I slowly tried to get up but almost fell. Alex picked me up and the other woman got Celeste and we left. As we went through the little house I saw a room filled with blood and saw two bodies and was sad. I curled up into Alex and started crying. He rubbed my back and went to a car and Celeste, Alex, the woman who's name i still didn't know and I all entered and we left my nightmare. However short it was i was still very scared for my life and wondered what they wanted with me since i was newly shifted and didn't know much about my pack yet.

Home. I just want to go home to my family. Where I'm safe.
