Keep going. Don't stop. Let your instincts take control. Don't think about... him. I stopped almost automatically after the the thought of him came into my head. They say running clears your mind. For me its just another time to think about everything. I figure if your body aches then it'll take your mind off of things. Well i'll be the first to say it doesn't.

I placed my hands on my hips and and paced in a circle for awhile. It was 1 in the afternoon and I have been out running for 2 and a half hours. I started jogging back to the start of the trail. I reached where i started from and walked back to my car. Taking off my sweat soaked tank top and left my sports bra on baring my mid-section. I got in the car and left. Its a 10 minute drive from my condo to the park. I got there quickly and went straight to my apartment.

I live alone. Not much success trying to change that. My condo is big enough for 2 people. I walked in and set my bag on the counter. I got me a glass of water then went straight to take a shower. I stood there just letting the warm water massage my shoulders. I got out and threw some short-shorts and tank top on and sat down to watch T.V. 20 minutes into the news my phone rang. I walked over and dug it out of my bag on the counter. The caller ID said Bear... Should i answer it? Without knowing what i was doing i pressed the answer button.

"Hello?"

"Hey its me. Again."

"I know." I said calmly

"Look i need to talk to you."

"Why? I saw and heard everything I needed to last time we talked." I said coldly.

"Jennifer, please. I love you." He begged.

"Im done. With you. With us. I dont even know why you called."

"Because I love you."

"No you love her. Not me." I growled and hung up the phone.

I threw my phone on the couch and slid against the wall crying. I loved him. I thought it was going to be Forever...
