I was in the hospital. Later that day I had accidentally cut my forearm while trying to make my mom lunch.
As an apology for being a screw up.
My plan failed. Like always.
"And here ya go." A nurse wraps a bandage around my wound.
"Hey, watch out, she hates you." The voice whispers. I hear a loud beep as the woman talks.
"Okay honey I know that you know how to handle a knife-"
"YOU STUPID BASTARD."
"Stttttuuupppiiiidddd. "
Beep. Beep.
"Sweetie. Please listen." The nurse tries to get my attention, but the beeping and talking, it's louder than her.
So much louder.
There is more than one type of schizophrenia. Now, I won't list them all, but here are some signs of my schizophrenia.
-Hearing voices\ audiotory hallucinations.
-Paranoia. Afraid the world is out to get them and or kill them.
-Social awkwardness. Cannot form strong relationships, rarely speaks, a.k.a mute .
I memorized the list.
I look at her. "What?!" I snap. I was getting annoyed. So much stuff happens in my brain and, ugh, I just want to be normal.
Not 'dangerous to society.'
Not 'mentally ill.'
Not 'a lunatic'
And definetly not 'Chloe.'
