Oka bit her lip. The police had dropped the investigation, as they couldn't find any clues as to who Oka's assailant was, and Oka wasn't being particularly helpful. Oka loved Ayano and had planned to break up with Taro tonight, but the task had proven to be...difficult.
"Hey Oka, you alright? You've been acting weird all day," he said resting his head on her shoulder and gazed into her clouded eyes.
"Um, yes-I mean no- I mean...I don't think we're working out."
"Are you dumping me?" He sat up, his body tense.
"Y-yes. I am."
He slouched again, looking down.
"Oh...I guess I should leave," he said, slinging his backpack over his shoulder.
"Hey, this doesn't mean we can't be friends!" She said, trying not to hurt him more than she already had.
"Haha, that would be nice. Thank you."
Oka let out a deep breath as he closed her front door behind him, and relaxed on her soft couch.
"Yay! I thought you would never do it,my love." Ayano shouted, jumping out of a closet.
"JEJFKSKDJBTOWHG," Oka screamed and fell off the couch, startled, "oh my god you have to stop doing that."
"Hehe," she giggled and gave Oka a gentle kiss on the cheek, " I love you."
"I love you too."
