Kuroshi

Kuroshi is an entity of Death called "Shinigami" (Death god)
Like all Shinigami, he has a Death Note. But, unlike other Shinigami, Kuroshi can also create other Death Notes. If he takes a liking to you, he might make you one.

Kuroshi prayed for a soulmate and was gifted the beautiful shewolf Shinpi. Because of their bond, Shinpi can understand Kuroshi when he's speaking Japanese, but it's yet unknown whether she can understand other Japanese speakers.

Kuroshi was created from Oblivion, he works in Limbo, while occasionally visiting the Shinigami realm. He lives in a hidden village in Shibuya. In that village, by the seaside, there is an island with dozens of Sakura trees. Kuroshi are two words put together. "Kuro" and "Shi". Kuro means Black, and Shi means Death.
