I drew a circle in the stone around me before raising my hand, palm up, from the stone. The ring lit up blue and began glowing while people backed away in fear. Flowers began floating around the area and I smiled as they ran over me and around the garden. Clove touched one and it glowed brightly before bursting into a shower of glittering sparkles. The flowers continued to glow and the guests grew more accustomed around them and a few brave guests reached out and touched the flowers. Kharis hugged me tightly and smiled up at me.
"You're glowing." She said and I nodded and let go of her.
"I know, I use my dragon's powers for this feat." I said and she shook her head at me and smiled kindly up at me.
"Yes you have the gold scales around your eyes, but I meant in a different way. You look so happy, so proud. It makes me feel warm... and I haven't touched one of your flowers." She said and I chuckled and pressed a warm kiss to her forehead. She leaned into the kiss and I wrapped my arm around her shoulders in comfort before smiling at the guests who seemed in shock from the flowers that hovered in the air like floating lanterns. A kiss was pressed to the side of my head and I looked up to see Prince Zuko standing next to me, smiling at Clove and Prince Kyro.
"You did this. You brought us together, at least a little bit. I have you to thank for keeping Kyro and Kharis in your care while I was at war. Thank you Princess Saphira." He said and I nodded and smiled.
"My honor, I did fight in the war though. That's why my cape was all soot and blood stained, I apologize for that." I said and chuckled wryly as he smiled down on me.
"No worries, you're clearly a fighter. It's just in your nature like mine." He replied and it was my turn to laugh.
"Absolutely. Welcome back Crown Prince Zuko." I said and he nodded at me smiling.
"Zuko is fine. Welcome to the family Crown Princess Saphira."
"Saphira will do, thank you Zuko." I said and he nodded, both of us turning to watch the guests and our siblings weave through the gardens, enjoying each others company and conversing with one another.
