It All Started With A Drunken Text

Chapter 2:New Surroundings

Isabella P.O.V

"So this is where we'll be living" said dad as we walked up the driveway of our new house for now I guess. The house was breathtaking from the outside, I was now anxious to go inside.(house at top).

After receiving a grand tour of this house I was now able to get some rest. I walked into my new room and over to my suitcases not having the strength to unpack now; I took out a tank top, undergarments, shorts and head to the bathroom. I took a long, warm, comfortable bath after which I went straight over to my newly, soft, comfy bed that awaits me. Sleep took over my body I don't remember anything else but sleeping.

"Bella sweetie are you awake, dinner will be ready in the next fifteen minutes" I heard mom said. "Okay mom I will be right down " I said half asleep. 

I got up to check the time it was now 5:37 pm and  went to the bathroom to freshen up, I can't believe I slept all throughout the evening. Feeling hungry I headed downstairs only to see the chef, dad and mom setting the table. Did I mention that we have a chef and two maids? Earlier I have been introduced to them they were so nice and sweet, I think the chef name is Chef Austin.

We all sat around the dinner table to eat dad, mom and my little sister. As usual we prayed before eating, dad and mom had already started eating so I just shared a small amount for Anna then for myself. We were eating in silence when dad decided to ask a question that I have not being thinking of since I arrived "Sweetie are you looking into colleges you would want to join ". I shook my head no because of food was in my mouth." You need to" he said sternly. "Dad we literally just arrived here I was tired so I went to sleep I don't even start unpacking yet" I said.

After everyone has finished eating and left I started to wash the dishes only to see Rosie one of the maid stopping me. I quickly said it was okay but she was persisting that I should stop, so I did and went upstairs to my room.

I decided to unpacked and go shopping tomorrow because I wanted to redecorate my room. There was a slight knock on the door I opened the door only to see my mom and my little sister smiling up at me. "What are you guys smiling about?" I asked "we are going shopping tomorrow" Anna my little sister said "And you are coming with us" mom added.

I simply smiled at them, should I let mom help me to pick out a  college for me." Mom can you help me find a college? " I asked. She walked further into the room and smiled "I was wondering how long it would take you to ask" she said. I took out my laptop and there we began searching it was easy for me to get in any college I wanted to because I was a straight A student. Anna was asleep by now on my bed.

"Are you sure this is the one you want to attend" asked mom for the third time I said "yes!"

"Am gotten talk with dad and get you enrolled in this college" she said

"OK thanks mom" I said.

"Mom I was thinking of redecorating the room, it is too plain for my liking" I said

"That would be fantastic but under one condition" she said smiling.

I furrowed my eyebrow "And that is-"before I could finished she said excited "if only I get to help you. And Anna room would need some of those redecorating skills of yours". I smiled widely at her and said "OK mom sure, by the way mom am pretty sleepy so am going to head to bed now". She looks at the time on my phone and realized it was now 10:47 pm we didn't realized it was so late. She bid me goodnight and went to bed. I went to the bathroom did my business and then went off to bed beside my sweet little sister.
