Amy's POV

On the way home, no one really talked, except for Brad who asked a few questions but that was it. I felt so bad about accusing Arwen earlier, I was so selfish by saying that she wasn't happy for me and that she wasn't a good friend. I'm the one who isn't a good friend at the moment. I hope this dinner tonight makes up for it even though I can't cook!

Around half an hour later we arrived back at Arwens. Her range rover was parked on her drive, hmmm her parents probably collected it while we were at the studio.

After getting out of the car, I thanked Brad for taking us to the studio, and me and Arwen started walking up the driver together, hand in hand. After getting to her door, I felt a warm hand tap by back. I turned around to see it was Brad, looking kind of sad. I wonder what's up with him?

"Hey, urm, can I talk to you for a minute please," Brad said, looking straight at me, his eyes looking slightly droopy.

"Yeah sure," I said. I turned to face Arwen again and gave her a 'I'll be a minute smile'. She nodded and unlocked her door, stepping inside and closing it again.

When I turned around, I saw Brad in his car, waving at me to come and get in it. Ughhh why do I have to walk all the way back to the bottom of the drive (I know I'm lazy :) ).

I got into his fancy car and closed the door, looking up to the house. I hope Arwen doesn't think I'm gonna drive off with him, because I'm not.

"Are you okay?" Brad asked, rubbing his hand on my arm, sending shivers down my spine.

"Yeah I'm fine, why what's wrong?" I replied, giving him a slight confused look.

"Well, it's just that on the way back you looked sad and you didn't really talk that much, or come and sit in the front with me."

"Well I wanted to sit in the back with Arwen so she didn't feel lonely and I'm urm... I don't feel good inside," I said looking at my lap, not wanting to meet his gaze like I normally do.

Oh god what's gonna happen now!?

"Why don't you feel good?" He asked, a nervous tone overtaking his beautiful voice. I looked back up and met his gaze, a tear slowly rolling down my cheek as I thought about what I'm going to say.

As I was about to wipe the tear away, Brad put his hand on my cheek and did it for me, his soft fingers grazing my skin slightly. Butterflies started to form in my stomach and my palms started to sweat, again.

"You can tell me anything Amy," he said giving me a weak smile, his hand still on my cheek.

"Brad," I said, another tear rolling down my face,"I really want to get to know you, but I'm scared that if I do, my heart will break again and I just can't cope with it."

Tears started to stream down my face. I couldn't control them, my emotions were overwhelming me. I really like Brad, even though I've only met him. I just felt so safe around him, but if he did break my heart, it would ruin me.

Shock flooded into Brad's eyes. He looked at me for a few moments before pulling me into a big hug, holding me tightly, as if he never wanted to let go.

"Hey, it's okay, it's okay," he said rubbing my head, making me calm down a bit, "I promise you with all my heart that I will never hurt you and that I'll always be here for you, whenever you need me."

He started rubbing my back, making me feel more relaxed than I was before.

"You really promise me?" I ask, my face on his warm chest.

"Yes, I promise."

We eventually pulled out of the hug and I wiped my face, not feeling as emotional as I was before.

"Don't look at me, I'm a mess," I said, laughing quietly, pulling my hands over my face to hide it from Brad.

"You don't look a mess and you never will," he said smiling at me. His smile made my heart race.

I laughed slightly and pulled my hands off my face. It was really red and puffy under my eyes, making me look like a tomato. Great.

"I look like a fricking tomato!" I exclaimed, pointing at my face.

Brad instantly fell into a fit of giggles about my comment. Wow I didn't know I was that funny.

I just looked at him and grinned, feeling a lot better from earlier.

"Right, thanks once again for taking us to the studio, I had the best time but I better go now..." I said opening the door to get out.

Brad immediately stopped laughing and gently grabbed my arm, pulling me back into his car and shutting the door.

"Look, I really have to go now, Arwen will be wondering where..." I said before being interrupted. Brad's face was millimetres away from mine. He glanced at my lips and then looked back at me.

I blushed, my face going crimson. Ummmmmmmmmm... What the!?

I could feel his breath tickling the top of my neck. He grinned at me. Oh no, what's going to happen now.

And before I knew it he leaned in and kissed me gently but quickly, his lips then leaving mine only a second after. Wow they're soft...

Electricity ran through my body, making me have goosebumps. I looked at him in shock, my mouth slightly open.

His smile instantly faded.

"Oh shit, I'm sorry, I went too far," he said, a regretted look in his eyes.

A faint smile began to tug at my lips.

"What?" He said, looking confused. Oh man, what is happening to me!?

"Nothing," I said smiling at him fully now, "will I see you tomorrow?"

Brad started to grin again, cute smile lines forming around his mouth.

"Yeah sure," he said, "I'll see you tomorrow."

I smiled at him and opened the door.

"Bye," I said, giving him a small wave.

"Cya," he said and I closed the door. He then turned on the engine and drove off. I wonder what Arwen is gonna think of this.

I laugh to myself and walk back into the house. Arwen was sat on her sofa with a cup of coffee in her hands.

"You took your time," she said tutting at me whilst smiling.

"You have NO idea what just happened," I laughed, my voice strained from crying earlier. I was surprised that she hadn't noticed that I had been crying, I mean, I did look like a tomato.

I went down and sat next to her, giving her a a big bear hug.

"Heyyyy," she said,"watch my coffee!"

I giggled and got up off the sofa.

"Right, time to spill the tea and to make dinner," I laughed, pointing my finger to the kitchen.

She nodded and we both walked into the kitchen. Arwen went and sat down on one of the chairs and I went to go find an apron.

"So what happened between you and Brad then?" She asked, curiosity filling her eyes.

Oh no.

Hey guys, it's Amy here. Hope you enjoyed this chapter, sorry that me and Arwen haven't been updating in a few days, we have both been really busy.
