Chapter 4 - Cute But Casual

I woke up at around 10am the morning after going out, a smile on my face because i remembered that i had met Brad last night. I get out of bed and go into the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face, then realising that Arwen wasn't in my bedroom.

As i got to the stairs i heard Arwen's voice from in the kitchen; she sounded angry and there was a faint smell of burnt toast.

I'm not surprised that she's angry, she's bloody hungover from drinking loads of alcohol last night, i thought, shaking my head and letting out a small laugh.

When i went into to the kitchen, Arwen was sat at the table, with a cup of coffee and a very burnt piece of toast in front of her.

"Hey," I say, "How do you feel from last night?"

"I feel terrible, thanks for giving me a pain killer though, it's eased my headache a bit," she replies, looking at me, giving me a small smile.

I went and sat down next to her, giving her a big hug. "Don't ever take me clubbing again!" She exclaims in a sarcastic tone, making me chuckle.

After we had, had breakfast, Arwen went upstairs to put some of my clothes on and i unplugged my phone from its charger and turned it on.

*1 unread message from Brad*

Wow, already, what time does he get up in a morning?

I unlock my phone and go on to messages.

Brad
Hey Amy! I was wondering if you wanted to meet up today, i really wanna see you again, your so fun to talk to! :) x

Amy
Hey Brad. Yeah that would be great :)

I suddenly start to feel really nervous, sweat forming on my palms. He wanted to hang out with me? Well i guess we could have fun. Then immediately he replied.

Brad
Okay cool, shall we meet at yours and then go out somewhere? :) x

Amy
Yeah sounds fun! :)

I send him my address and the time and then turn my phone off and go upstairs to get ready for later.

"Arwen, in bit one of my friends are coming around that I met last night," i murmur, blushing slightly at the thought of Brad.

"Okay boo, just make sure he isn't a dick!" She says, grinning.

"He isn't I promise! But can you help me find a cute but casual outfit so I don't look over dressed or anything?", I ask laughing at Arwen's reaction from earlier.

"Yeah boo, you go and do your hair while I pick you out an outfit!" she exclaimed, pushing me into my ensuite, a grin on her face.

I decide to put my hair up into a cute messy bun and I use a scrunchie to hold it in place.

There, cute but casual :)

I walk out of the bathroom, Arwen already wearing one of my oversized hoodies and some leggings, and looked at my bed. She does like to wear my clothes doesn't she?

She has chosen me a cute cropped baby blue jumper and a pair of while ripped skinny jeans. Nice combo Hun

"Perfect hun! You go downstairs while i get dressed and put some makeup on," i say, pushing her out of my room so I could get changed.

"Okay boo!"she called, whilst walking down the stairs. I eventually put my clothes on and went to my mirror to do my makeup. I decided to go with a natural look; foundation, highlighter, mascara, a clear lipgloss and eyeliner. I don't want to look like I put loads of effort in all because Brads coming over.

Not long till he's here... Yayyyy

As I open my bedroom door once again, I hear the doorbell go off so i run downstairs and grab the keys, shouting "one minute!"

I open the door to realise that its Brad 30 minutes early.

"Hey, sorry I'm a bit early, i thought it would take longer to get here," he says, smiling.

God his smile is so adorable

"It's fine,' i say smiling back, feeling slightly nervous, "come on in."

He stepped into the house and took his shoes off. Wow he's such a gentleman. He just looked at me and smiled.

"I'm so glad I remembered to get your phone number last night!" he says, giving me a hug.

I hug him back and blush. Awww hes so sweet

We both started laughing and go and sit on my sofa.

"How are you from last night?" He asks, turning around on the sofa so he was facing me.

"I'm fine actually, I didn't drink too much... thankfully!" I exclaim, making us both laugh.

Awwww he seems so sweet
