Sofia's POV:
The sun peaking through the curtains was what woke me up begrudgingly before my alarm this Tuesday morning, which then led to me in an almost zombie like fashion to the kitchen, which was were I was harshly shocked wide awake by my roommate Millie screaming.
There was a tumbling sound coming down the hallway before she ran straight towards me, latching her arms around my waist picking me up and jumping in a circle. "No way, no way, no way, no way!!" Millie yelled the whole time she was doing this and as I was loosing air in my lungs from her monster grip.
"Mills please put me down" I gasped before she dropped me instantly a look of guilt spread across her face as she mumbled a quiet "sorry".
Taking a step back from her and scanning her up and down I knew something big must be making her this excited, as the last time I saw her like this was in 2013 when she got tickets to see One Direction. "What's got you all worked up at 7am?" I questioned turning around to put on the kettle.
Straight away I heard a small shriek from behind me causing a little chuckle to escape my lips, then as soon as I started to pour the hot water into a cup she said "Colin Firth is filming something about ten minutes from your cafe."
Slowly I put down the kettle allowing the news to sink in, then gradually I turned around. "C-Colin Firth... as in Mr Darcy Colin Firth?" I stuttered out, slightly nervous.
"Yes! What if he comes to the cafe?? Famous people always go to your cafe because there's never any paparazzi around!" Millie squealed again.
Thinking it over I realized that he probably wouldn't go to it because there is so many bigger and better places to go that were just down the road. Shaking my head I just mumbled "That's really unlikely Mills, there are a lot of other well known places near."
A groan escaped her as soon as I spoke the disappointing reality of the situation. "Stop being such a debbie downer all the time Soff, this is London we are taking about. There is even a chance the Prime minister could go to your cafe, sure its really unlikely, but there is still a chance." Her voice was full of enthusiasm and hope.
Taking in this as an opportunity to use at my advantage a small smirk emerging onto my face. "Well then, considering that there is a chance you could see him, why don't you come in and help at the cafe today? It is just me and Richard today" I questioned.
Richard Madden had been my best friend since I was five years old and he was seven, which was when my family moved to Scotland. We even moved to London together and he used to live with me until he moved into a place which was closer to the cafe, which does make sense since we co-own it and he goes in earlier and stays later than I do. This was the reason that Millie moved in with me since I couldn't afford the apartment on my own.
Almost instantaneously after I asked the question Mills screeched out a yes. This was probably not actually due to the fact she had a 'chance' of meeting Colin if he came to the cafe. Millie actually has a fancying of Richard even if she would admit to it. Whenever she is with him she blushes that bit redder, pays more attention to the conversation and actually smiles that more brighter and happier. She has been like this since the day she met him almost three years ago.
After deciding that Mills would come in at eight am with me and will leave at four pm, which was six hours before it actually closes, but only Rich would be there at that time. We both quickly got ourselves ready and left wearing the uniform which just consisted of tight black trousers and a plain white blouse, which would then later on be paired with a black apron which are all stored at the shop.
We arrived around five to eight and there was only a couple of people sat down having a coffee and cake, but clear to our vision we saw Richard dashing about behind the bar trying to set everything up ready for the day ahead of us. Mills and I turned to each other chuckling about the stressed Scots man and then dashed to the staff room to put our belongings away and to throw on the aprons, then proceeded to go help our friend.
The next few hours passed in a blur of frothing milk, intense smells of coffee beans and slicing cake. Until four o'clock finally struck and Millie was on her way back home to finish off her online lessons for the day, instead of going to university she decided to try online college for a year. "I'll see you guys later, I'm gonna come back to help you close up. Oh! And you better not meet Colin without me!" She giggled wiggling her index finger towards us whilst slowly backing away to the door. But before she could leave Richard grabbed her finger with a big smile saying "Well now we have to see him without you, you creep." Which just caused a rosie blush to cascade onto Mills' cheeks.
But then she covered up her flustered state by smacking Rich across his chest telling him to piss off and waved towards me as she left the cafe, whilst the entire time I had been cracking up at the two of them being so oblivious to the fact their infatuation for each other is mutual.
"Sofia! I'm gonna go on my break now, I'll be back in a minute though. My new roommate for the next couple weeks is going to be coming in soon." Richard shouted towards me as he started to make his way to the break room taking off his apron, his shoes scuffing along the floor as he walked.
"Okay, I'm gonna start to clean up around anyway since it doesn't seem like anyone is going to be ordering any time soon." I said scanning the room, watching the delighted customers drink their warm brews, eat their cakes and talk to their friends or read a book. Walking out from behind the bar I maneuvered to the nearest table and started to use the disinfectant spray and an old rag to wipe it clean. But just as I started to finish up the table I heard the door open, causing my head to whip around to see who it was.
Looking up I noticed a guy around five foot nine had strolled in, pug in arms. He was wearing a pair or grey joggers, a navy slightly over sized jumper and a navy cap that was covering the majority of his face. But as he came further inside he took it off, and there was no denying that he was very attractive. He looked back down to the pug puppy in his arms with a huge smile filled with adoration for the small creature, which melted my insides with a feeling of warmth.
Quickly I sorted myself out, I shoved the spray and rag into my apron and sped over to the till ready to take his order. As he looked back up again and towards me he flashed a grin that would make any girl week at the knees. But then he looked back down at the pug again, started chuckling and spoke out "Oxfords, not Brogues."

Okay so obviously this book is set during the time when he was filming the first Kingsman film, and then there is the fact that Richard isn't actually 'famous' and hes just like any other regular guy.
ALSO I LITERALLY HAD TO REWRITE THIS ENTIRE THING BECAUSE WATTPAD SPAZZED OUT ON ME
