Haou walked in the living room , hands linked behind his back ,  to see Blair already there , Jesse sitting on the couch, his emerald-jade eyes narrowed in a acid green , watching Haou's every move  . He didn't give the other alpha much attention, much to the other's rising anger ,as he  approached Blair and nodded in greeting  ,  the younger girl doing  the same not expecting a warm greeting from her friend's brother . "Jaden is in the guestroom at the end of the hall , you will have the room nearest to it prepared for you. Please make sure he eats and baths regularly, other than that you are free to leave.  "

The young beta blinked , surprised that a man and an alpha as ever stoic as Haou was pleading her . She smiled warmly at him and nodded  , knowing that Haou never pleaded, but his brother and his mate were special cases and too precious to him , to the point that the alpha pushed his pride down . "Of course Haou , I will be by his side whenever he needs me ."

Haou nodded ,the corners of his lips lightly going up , and stepped aside to free her the way to his brother .

The girl quickly started walking towards her friend's room , the presence of such strong alphas with her in one room, becoming overwhelming for the twenty-two year old beta ,so she quickened her steps to go to her friend. Oh god hope they weren't in one room with Jaden . Blair though her worry rising.

Haou turned and started walking towards his and Jehu's room , only to have to surpass the urge to roll his eyes at Jesse's growl." You are not going anywhere without giving me answers. "

Haou looked at him from over his shoulder. "You  forget that my mate and your omega brother is in heat . I need to be by his side right now,  not here conversing  with you . It took quite a toll on him to come here in the middle of his heat." Haou stated ,turning around to face the other ,his golden eyes narrowed, his back straight, looking down at the other ,only to have to look in the same level as him , when Jesse stood up.

"I told you that I would take care of him ." Jesse said, crossing his arms .

"I saw very well how you were taking care of him  . " Haku throws back , challenging him to disagree.

Jesse glared at him and rose a hand . "He faked my mark ! What do you expect me to do ? Lay down and let him do what he wants? !"

."Hold your mouth , you're speaking about my brother. " Haku growled and took a step closer , his posture unmoving .

Jesse growled , his eyes shining, his bitter scent clearly showing his anger. "Why did he fake my bond mark?"  He asks not backing down, even if he knew the alpha before him was way stronger than him .

"He did not." A short but true  reply.

Jesse's anger fell for a moment,  confusion taking its place . "What do you mea-"

Haou raised a hand to stop him from talking, as he wasn't finished. "He did not fake your mark . The mark on his neck is yours ." He added.

Jesse scoffed and crossed his arms again. "Impossible. It has been six years ."

Haou looked at him on the eyes , anger rising at being accused of lying. "You think whatever you want,  but he's still your mate by bond laws . But for me ...... he's  better off without you. .... Leaving him only for a broken promise,  didn't expect that from Jehu's sweet brother at all. I thought at least you weren't like others ."

"That promise was made for a reason.  He broke my trust and heart ." Jesse almost whined , but controlled himself, years got him to be who he is .

"And that definitely gave you the right to throw him out of your shared dorm, without listening to him once?  " Haou raised and eyebrow, his anger not lowering .  "What made you more different  than those alphas you saw beating him the first day you saw him then ? Face it , you are no better than them. "

"I- "

"No , don't speak ." Haou stooped him . I can't talk what they need to talk together, but at least I have to try to get some brains inside his empty head . He thought ."  You don't know what's he's been thru the years before he met you and after you threw him out like a rack . ....Those years he was with you were the calmest ones of his life . He thought  he found the one ." Haou said the same way Jaden had said it to him. 'Hao ! I'm so happy!  I think he's the ONE!'..." An alpha that wouldn't abuse him, like many others did ."....'See ,Hao. The scars are healing ,  he hasn't hit me once, and promised to never do that . Oh god he's so sweet. ' ...."An alpha that was glad to be around an omega like him. "....'When I told him these , he started laughing, 'till tears fell from those emerald eyes ,Hao, and ......he k-kissed my ch-cheek ." ... Haou paused, closing his eyes , memories flashing in his mind with every spoken word. He opened his eyes again looking at the other " ....................In the end it was that same alpha that he loved and accepted to be claimed by , giving his everything, his soul, his heart and body ...was the one that threw him out....that left him.... "..... A teary eyed Jaden showed up ,at Haou's dorm room, shivering only in a thin blouse and a pair of shorts, bruises over his cheeks ; arms and legs from the fall. He smiled when the door opened and Haou looked at him in shock. He closed his eyes ,trying to stop his tears , and tilts  his head to the side , his as wrapped his arms around himself , the sad smile not leaving. 'He left me Hao. ' He whispered, more tears rolling down the flushed cheeks .

Haou unfolded his hands from behind his back pointing a finger at Jesse,  directly to the other alpha's heart ." You broke his hopes to pieces . You broke his love to pieces . You broke his heart to pieces. You broke him to pieces .  And you weren't there to pick him up . I WAS ! " Haou poked his chest with every word, his tone rising too , eyes glaring in shocked emerald ones . "You weren't there when he had irregular heats for three years in row. You weren't there to see how pained he looked when he was going thru dry heats. DRY HEATS ! Just because his alpha wasn't there to command him to relieve himself, wasn't there to help him at all!  You weren't there to encourage him to find a passion or a job. You weren't there to comfort him , when he came back home with his hopes broken , just because in his CV , he resulted bonded , and when asked to meet his alpha, he had no one to call. THEY refused him , because YOU  refused him ! After all in this society when an omega is useless to his alpha, he's useless for all .....You weren't there at all , when his heats stopped coming and he went to the doctor, only for them to push him out, just because his alpha wasn't with him !!! You weren't there , whenever he tried to move on ,but couldn't because your FUCKING bond mark was still on his neck ......................"

"You weren't there ......and yet .......you managed to make his life a living hell ,that he lost all hope to ever get out from . And he never ,once, tried to contact you about it ,all because in his mind it was his fault. "
