"hey, joon. i just wanted to ask if you and chae wanted to come with me and jimin to the movies. me, being a dumb bitch, bought four tickets by accident haha. it's a mystery movie, i know you love those. mkay, just make sure to call me back after you get this. bye, love you."
jiwon ended the call and sent the voice mail to namjoon. namjoon has been her best friend since seventh grade, along with chaeyeon. they were the goofiest and nerdiest people she'd ever met, but she loved them with all of her heart.
she then texted jimin to confirm that namjoon and chaeyeon might be coming along. he responded with, "great see you later :)"
jiwon set down her phone as she heard a loud knock on the door.
jungkook came in with some files, and he set them down on her desk. "here, these are for the clients that have....," he stopped. he was staring at her phone, looking at her messages.
he suddenly paused. jiwon waited patiently. "for the clients that have...." she said, trying to make him continue.
"you were texting during work time?" jungkook asked seriously. jiwon raised a brow.
she realized that she never turned off her phone and jungkook was staring at it the whole time. "well, it was just a small conversation, so-,"
"look ms. park, i'll let you slide this time. but next time you text or call during working hours, you will be punished." jungkook turned his back on her (with attitude) and jiwon rolled her eyes.
she swiveled around in her swivel chair and complained about her heck of a boss.
"this bitch really trynna test my patience huh." jiwon snickered in annoyance and turned off her cell phone.
to be honest, the only reason jungkook got angry at jiwon was because she was texting jimin. jungkook got a sense of jealousy, which is not something he felt in a long time.
he sat down on his chair and sighed. "no, jungkook. you can't." he whispered to himself. it seemed like he was crazy, but he really didn't want to waste time thinking about his stupid assistant.
back in jiwon's office, she organized and fixed all of the files that she was tasked. after a while, she finished, and got a text from chaeyeon.
