Two Worlds Combined

You watch as the Airships come almost directly over Peach's Castle. You glance back at the sleep-ridden guards and grit your teeth. You three would have to do this on your own. "Get ready, guys! This might be a tough one!" You warn. "No duh!" Mario snarks. 

Just then, you see two shadows fall past the window with a thump so loud and forceful, you three almost doubled over from the shock.

You three glance over at the door.

It was open.

And Bowser and Kamek were in its way.

"It's the end of the line, chumps!" Kamek says as he flicks his wand at you three.

As soon as the spell hit you, you went out like a light.

You wake up, feeling like you haven't slept in a week. You glance around, only to figure out that you were in some kind of cell, except it didn't have any sight outside except a window. The only way out, counting the heavy-duty door with chains out. You press your ear to it, hoping for any chance to eavesdrop. Luckily, you heard voices on the other side.

One of them belonged to Kamek. "Go check on him; make sure he's still out." The other voice sounded like it belonged to a Toady. "Yes, but what if he isn't, and he hears this, and also that Bowser wants him as a part of his army, and... The plan?" Kamek chuckled. "Don't worry, it's a heavy-duty door. And if he is awake, just cast a spell on him." Y-Yeah, why am I worrying... I'll go check on him." 

You hear receding footsteps. Kamek was gone. That meant that the Toady presumably checking on you could be easily ambushed.

Then there was rattling against the door. They were opening it! You quietly dash behind it and wait. Soon, the door opened, and the Toady walked in. "What? Where is h-Agh..!" You cover his mouth with your arm and clock him upside the head, making him faint. "That was easy." You think as you then pull his red robe over your self. 

Shockingly, it made you smaller to fit in it. But you weren't gonna complain. That just made it even easier for you. As you look down at yourself, you see that your skin turned into yellow scales, you only had four fingers, and that you had glasses on now. You only realized the last difference because the glasses slipped off of your now pointed nose. You reach into the robe pockets for anything, and you found a wand along with a book of spells. You decide to flip through it and found an appearance spell. It read, "Say 'Apparus diferus' whilst thinking of the desired new form and flick the wand at the subject." Easy enough! You cast the spell, and in a flash, the Toady was a replica of you. You decide to also put a sleeping spell on him as well.

After you do so, you walk out. Kamek immediately pops up, asking "Is he asleep?" You answer back. "Yes." "Good." He simply replies, walking off. "Good thing this is some kind of magic robe..." You think. You start off down the hall, hoping to find out what "The Plan" was. Just to your luck, you hear Bowser's and Kamek's voice getting louder up ahead as you walk. You stop walking and listen in.

"Sire, I understand you want to add this new recruit to our army, but..."

"But..?"

"But... Are you sure? I mean, he could still be in Kahoots with the plumbers, and-"

"Enough, Kamek. You saw how strong he was. He'll be a great addition to our army. He's better off with us."

"Okay... But as strong as he is, he could potentially destroy us from the inside!"

"Well, then just put another sleeping spell on him. It worked a charm last time. Besides. If all doesn't go well, I'll just force the Mario Bros. to join my side to save him from falling into the pit of lava I'll have him hanging over."

"So... You'll just execute the plan if he doesn't cooperate?"

"Yes."

You quickly make your way back to your cell and shut the door. You cast a reversal spell and both of you were back to normal. You then cast a forgetting spell, and then a force info spell.

That spell made it so that you could make the target think whatever you wanted them to, but the stronger they were, the less you could do, as with all spells. So using that spell on Bowser was out of the question.

You then set the Toady outside and clapped three times to get him awake. Quickly shutting the door, you crept back inside and waited for the destination.

Just then, you remembered something. Luigi made Comm. Units in case you got separated. You tap it and try calling Luigi.

You hear static for a while. You wait for a little longer. Still nothing. Just as you were about to shut it off, you hear a faint voice on the other end.

"He -KRZZZ- o? (Y/N)? (Y -KRRCH- !"

"L-Luigi! Where are you?"

"W-We -KRZZCH- stuck unde -KRCCH- collapsed!"

"Well, once you're in a better position, call me back. I can barely hear you."

"By -KRRRZ- N)!"

You wait as the airship continues on its path. About ten minutes later, Luigi called you back.

"(Y/N)! Where are you?"

"Well..."

"Well?"

"Bowser kinda kidnapped me..."

"WHAT!? Hold on, (Y/N), we're coming!"

"Woah Woah Woah, hold on Luigi. One, I'm still in the airship. Two, please try to be quiet, and three, if you come, he might use me to get you to join his side!"

"O-Oh..."

"Don't worry, I'll be fine, just sit tight!"

"..."

"Also, what happened to you earlier?"

"Oh, well, the castle collapsed, and Mario and I got trapped under some rubble for a while."

"Oh, ok. Anyways, talk to ya' later, Weeg."

"B-Bye, (Y/N)..."

You turn the Comm. Unit off before Luigi could change his mind and lay back down again.

Whatever was awaiting you, you had to be ready.

Or else.
