A couple weeks later, I dragged Jupiter to Orion's suit shop to have him try on the suit crafted for him. His pupils only dilated a tad, I knew he was under the influence of Twizzleberries... again.
"Jupiter, I thought I told you none of that stuff today."
"But dude, I'm freakin' out..." he uttered.
"I know man, but just trust me, it'll be okay."
"How do you know, man?"
"Because everything turns out okay in the end, Jupiter. You're getting better, she'll love your progress." I said kind of in a rush, hoping I wouldn't have to repeat any of that. Besides a few loose strings, Jupiter's suit fit him perfectly. He looked at himself in the mirror and said to me,
"You know Mars, I think you're right. I actually look like a prince! Perfect for my future queen!" When Jupiter said "queen", I grimaced a tad, the idea of him being king made me want to vomit.
"You do look like a prince, Jup, I'm proud of you." I said insincerely. I just wanted to get this over with, and discourage him from pursuing the throne so I could propose to my wife in the near future.
Once we were done getting the final touches done on the suit, we ventured out to the kingdom of Soprano.
"So what are you gonna say?" I asked him, hoping to get an embarrassing response."Greetings, Luna! Oh no... that's way too formal." His voice cracked on "Greetings" and I snickered a tad. "Hey Luna, I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date sometime?"
"Way too informal!" I smiled maliciously as I tried to think of a juicily embarrassing thing for him to do, but he beat me to it!
"No, no, no, hold on. Luna, I absolutely love you, and I know I messed up when we were younger, but I am now ready to make it up to you and be the man that you deserve. I'd love to take you out to dinner with my family sometime." Jupiter bolted with a new found confidence. I got excited to see my brother get so optimistic, knowing that his downfall would be catastrophic.
"Perfect!" I exclaimed as we arrived to her palace. It was elegant, embellished with marble on the outside. Extremely spherical palace, along with a few spires surrounding the main sphere in the middle. As we walked up to the entrance, a hologram projected of her father in his lab, a pre-recorded message:
"Good day, I apologize I'm not available at this moment in time, but should you need anything, knock on the door and my assistants will gladly assist you. Cheerio!" The hologram faded away, and there was only one thing left to do. Knock. I pushed Jupiter up to the door, like how he pushed me outside when we were kids nearly six years ago. He gulped and knocked on the door. A slender robot opened the door.
"Good afternoon... scanning... Jupiter Kawkab... and... Mars Kawkab. You are allowed to enter. How may I assist you?" The robot said in a feminine voice as it welcomed us inside.
"Um... is Luna home?" Jupiter asked with another gulp.
"Processing... yes, she and... Pluto Fortis... are in their quarters. Is there anything else I can assist you with?"
"No thank you, uh..." I quickly interrupt.
"Reultana." The robot spoke, as it turned and went back to a stationary state.
"Dude... Pluto's here... let's just go home... I don't wanna embarrass myself, dude!"
"No, no, no, Jup, we're already here. Just do it bro! I believe in you, we've already hauled ass here." My excited state got more aggressive as I pushed him, he reluctantly went along with me. I could tell he was starting to lose morale, but then quickly took some breaths as he started to walk with faked confidence to Luna's room.
