ROLIN'S POV

_______________

It had been nearly six months since the incident with the guards. I didn't ever think I'd have to kill anyone. I had no choice when they cornered me in my house. I either had to fight through them or submit and go to jail, which I didn't want to do considering almost everything I owned was stolen and I would be in there for a long time because of that. I was homeless now because I couldn't go anywhere near my excuse for a house. Guards were patrolling it day and night. I also couldn't go ten feet into the city without seeing a wanted poster of me somewhere. I had to constantly keep my hood over my head to avoid anyone recognizing me. I hadn't seen my friends in forever either. I hadn't talked to anyone for so long. I was pretty damn near broke now because I had decided to be more cautious whenever I stole something. Too cautious. My life was miserable and there was only one thing I could do about it.
