Tattoos (ongoing)

ANDYS POV

When you turn 18, you get the first words that your soulmate says to you tattooed onto your wrist. It could be anything, like "Nice dog" or "I'm sorry, your not paying attention to where your going".

My bestfriend Brooklyn already got his tattoo. His says "Wow, I like your
shirt", since he got that, he's been going to clothing stores all the time. I'm currently 17 gonna be 18 in tomorrow day. I'm very nervous because what if my soulmate tells me something mean or random.I'm gonna try not to think about it and to get my mind off of it, I think I'll go for a walk

I get up from my bed and put on some shoes. I head out onto a little path in the woods. I come here when I'm feeling stressed or just need some alone time. The only person who knows is Brooklyn. I walk all the way to a little pond where I end up sitting by until, I notice it getting dark.

I head back to the house, getting in and finding Brooklyn running around like a maniac. I finally catch him and start to ask "How did you-" but I get cut off by Brooklyn saying "I found my soulmate!!" He screams excitedly while beaming at me. "WHAT?!??" I ask. "Yeah i was just walking down the street when this guy said " 'Wow, I like your shirt' and my wrist started tingling.". He says happily.

I start asking a bunch of questions because I would like to know about this person who is my bestfriends soulmate, thank you very much. I end up finding out that's it's a guy by the name Jack. Brook tells me he is, 18, tall, and handsome. I tell Brook that I need to meet him, y'know just to make sure he's good enough for my Brook.

Since its only 6:30, Brook says "Why dont we(😏) just invite him over right now?" So Brook invites Jack over. Ten minutes later, I hear a knock at the door. Brook runs to open it, "Hi Jacky!" Brook says. "Hey Brookie!" Jack says back. I gag out loud, and Brooklyn turns to me, "Shut up, just wait till you find your soulmate" he teases.

I change the subject and say "So this is the famous Jack!" I say. "Brook has told me about you" I say and smirk. "Oh really? Like what?" He asks. "Oh just the normal, he said your tall, 18, handsome" I say trailing off, looking away. I look back at Brook, to see a slight blush on his cheeks and him hiding behind Jack.

We end up talking for a bit then i say "Can I talk to Jack alone please?" "Sure" says brook as he leaves the room. "What did you want to talk to me about?" the brunette asks. "Look. I've known Brook since 5th grade, he is the sweetest, most innocent boy ever. Hurt him and there will be consequences. Got it?" I ask. "Got it" he says, while gulping. "Good", I say and smile.

"Brook you can come back in!" I yell. "Since Jack is here, why dont we watch a movie?" I ask. "Oooo can we watch Toy Story pweaaasseeee? " he begs with puppy dog eyes. I nod my head smiling and he runs to the couch. "Sure is cute isnt he?" I say to Jack. He just nods and stares at brook with admiration.

I put on toy story and the next thing I know, the sun is shining and Jack and Brook are cuddled on the sofa. I get up leaving them alone and go to my bed. I cant fall back asleep so I stay up and go onto Instagram. I see Brooklyn's post about finding his soulmate and then I remember, I turn 18 today. After 5 more mins of looking on Instagram, I start to feel burning on my wrist, this is it, i think to myself.

Once the burnings gone away, I look down and see the words "Welcome to Starbucks, can I take your order?".
