———A kiss was placed on Ryan's forehead while she slept, causing her eyelids to flutter slightly open. With her eyes barely open, she could make out that it was obviously Quincy who had done it. She could tell he was getting ready to go, and he didn't know she had awoken by his soft form of affection.
He began to move his head back but she lazily grabbed at the side of his cheek, bringing his face back towards her. She rubbed the side of his cheek for a moment, just staring at him.
"You were gonna leave without saying goodbye?" She yawned, trying not to fall back into sleep.
Her eyes moved towards her windows, the curtains allowing a little light to pass through. She presumed it to be around dawn, as the natural light that peeked in the room had a yellow-orange tint.
Ryan peered back at him, knowing if she wasn't as tired as she was she'd feel sheepish under the smile he gave her.
"You were sleeping so peacefully, I didn't want to wake you." He whispered at her. He was now slightly kneeling by her, softly moving the hairs around that tangled around her face. If he continued, she would soon fall back asleep due to how relaxing it felt.
He leaned down further and actually kissed her this time, almost like he was reading her mind. She pouted a little, knowing it was his way of saying goodbye. She didn't like this, she slowly placed her hand around the back of his head to make sure it was long enough for her. She didn't know when she'd be able to feel his lips on hers again—let alone feeling him around her in general.
She felt him laugh against her lips. "Okay, I gotta go. Marco's outside." Reluctantly, she released him from her desperate hold.
"Call me when you land." She mumbled and although it wouldn't be understandable to most, he nodded in response, promising he would. She heard the door softly close and she cuddled around the pillow he laid on before he had to leave, the small amount of his scent being enough to guide her back to sleep.
For the first time in a while, Ryan ended up getting a large amount of sleep. She woke up during the early afternoon, much to her confusion as she didn't know why she was able to sleep so long with no sudden interruptions. [DICK PUT HA TO SLEEP Y'HEARD—*ahem* sorry, carry on reading heh]
She was happy that she had this sudden burst of energy and she wouldn't have to spend it all in the studio. Because of this, she wanted to be a bit more productive than she usually was.
