I'm pretty sure that this tweet was 100% real and here's why:
1. Lottie allegedly deleted it after only 1 SECOND after posting it. Enough said, right?
2. If it was a fan's hack or fake tweet, it might be VERY specific and clear. Example: "just wanted you all to know that larry is real and harry and louis are very happy together." But I think that lottie possibly alluded to harry in this tweet by not saying his name specifically, because then shit would hit the fan almost instantly.
3. IN MY OPINION: Also, common knowledge, lottie probably didn't sign anything with modest! Because 1D's contract might not have directly or inherently included her. Thus, this is a loophole for her to tweet about larry related things because she isnt tied to the contract. (This is just my personal theory, so dont take this as actual proof)
