~Ciel's POV~

I was just about to order Sebastian to detain him when he started to reach into his pant's pocket presumably for a gun or knife, but before he could get any further Sebastian pinned him to the wall, back facing outward.

"You will not lay a hand on my Young Master."

Of course I'm not worried, with Sebastian with me no one could even attempt to harm me, we must find out if he's an assassin and find out who he's working for.

"Okay, it seems that we're still on the wrong foot. If you just look into my pocket, you'll see I have a letter addressed to me from the Queen. All my mission was, was to watch how you work and to report back to the Queen. Nothing less and nothing more."

He's incredibly weak, he was subdued so quickly and it seems that he has given up on even winning this fight. Either that or, he doesn't really care about the situation he's in. With him being pinned to the wall, I can see that he had his nose broken in the process, it was slightly crooked and there was blood pooling down his face and onto the floor.

Madam Red, Lau and Ran Mao were behind Sebastian and I, while Lau and Ran Mao held looks of indifference, maybe a bit of surprise, Madam Red was a bit different. She looked absolutely starstruck. Hopefully she doesn't do anything else inappropriate to Sebastian as I've had enough of it, and I do hope that her worthless man of a butler, Grell doesn't come by anytime soon. But of course, it seems that my hopes were ignored because, speak of the devil, here comes Grell barreling in on a tea cart, and crashing into the wall right next to Sebastian and the unnamed stranger. In fact, I don't have his name, nor his identity, all I've seen is his nose down, not that it was very good identification anyways since his face was covered in blood, that's now getting onto the wall and the floor.

Speaking of which.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I'm getting blood everywhere now. But to get onto the main issue, will you please check my pocket for that note, my face is starting to hurt."

No, not weak, just uncaring. Sebastian looked back at me for permission so, I nodded my head for him to check. While he is checking the authenticity of the letter, I'll start questioning this man.

"Tell us, what is your name and purpose here."

"My name is Zoro Vermillion and I'm one of the Queen's Fairies, I was just on a mission sent by the Queen."

Before I even had the time to question him any further, Sebastian decided to speak up about the note.

"The letter, even though it is authentic, still says nothing about a mission about you spying on my Young Master, it only says that we'll have to work together very soon. So how will you explain that?"

Still being crushed to the wall, his voice is slightly muffled but still, he lets out a defeated sigh and continues.

"I just wanted information about who I was working with, to see if they were reliable or not, I have no ill intentions or any other mission. Now will you please let go of me Raven? I would like to go home and sleep since I haven't been able to for a couple of nights now."

I reluctantly gave Sebastian the okay and he let him go, Vermillion ended up stumbling a bit but still remained fully upright. I do not want the Queen to start questioning my loyalty (Too late). He re-adjusted his hood and cloak, and in the process of him doing so, I took the time to study him a bit more, he was wearing a black shirt underneath but it was rather tight. He was wearing black pants, but had no shoes, he has to be poor, he can't even afford shoes or a proper fitting shirt. I have no idea why the Queen even bothered to keep him, the legend of the Queen's Fairies is incredibly old, perhaps the title is passed on through generations rather than skill, maybe this man is just child from one of the originals and serves no actual purpose. He was extremely pale, most likely from wearing that long cloak all of the time. Wanting to get more information on him I decided to do some digging.

"Vermillion." He turned his head to look my way, acknowledging me.

"Reveal what you look like, you know who we are, it would only be fair."

He looked down and shook his head ever so slightly, before I could further convince him to remove his hood, he spoke up.

"I will only show my face to the Guard Dog and his butler, anyone else must leave."

Looking back to Madam Red, Lau, Ran Mao and Grell who might I add, have all been very quiet as they all look very intrigued in this man, they've probably heard the stories of the Fairies and are wanting to fully meet one. Even so I motioned for them all to leave which, while they did, they looked rather annoyed at my actions. Once they were all gone, I turned back to Vermillion so he could show us what he looks like. He hesitantly moved his hands to the corners of his hood but spoke first.

"I am showing you my face but, this is confidential, the Scotland Yard have been after the Fairies for a few missions that got out of hand, they want to bring us in so, with that in mind, you must not reveal my identity to anyone unless you have my permission. The Queen's Fairies are certainly people you do not want to anger. Am I clear?"

Humoring him since I know that he can't do anything to me, I nodded my head. Seeming satisfied with my answer, he took his hood off fully. I'm not exactly sure what I was expecting, possibly an elf or a nymph, maybe even a demon but no. Vermillion had pale skin with a scar on the left side of his face, messy, beach blonde hair, normally that would look awful but on him, it looks purposeful. He has dull silver eyes that have slit pupils, like a cat's, he held a bored expression, completely uncaring. In fact, he might be. But the thing what was the most noticeable, were the bags held under his eyes. Once he felt that that was enough time, he pulled his hood back up and asked if he could have a few tissues before he left. After we gave him some but before he left, we asked if he would mind coming with us on a trip downtown to find a few clues, telling him where we were going. The recent murder scene and then the Undertaker's. After explaining the situation, he stated that he would have to first go back to his group to inform everyone of his new mission. After that, he would return as quickly as possible. And with that, he was gone.

Perhaps I'll be owning a new chess piece after all.
