Addison's POV:

I was finally settled in Steve's apartment. Things kind of weren't going so so great but I hoped we'd work them out. I started working in the mall I had a long shift I brought home KFC because after all it is Steve's favorite.

Me: "Honey I'm home."

Steve: "Hi."

Me: "I brought home KFC for you."

Steve: "Wait really you did?"

Me: "Yeah as a peace offering I'm sorry we've been fighting so much."

Steve: "No no it's my fault I've just been so used to living on my own."

Me: "I understand. I was thinking I'd go stay with my mom for a week maybe we need a break."

Steve: "A-a break?"

Me: "Just for a week love and we aren't breaking up we just won't live in the same building for a week."

Steve: "I can change please don't go."

Me: "Honey I'll still be in Hawkins you can visit me at work."

Steve: "I can?"

Me: "Yeah Of course. I'm not leaving you I'm not Nancy."

Steve: "I know I know. Maybe you're right maybe it'll be good for us."

Me: "Yeah."

•••The next week•••

It was Thursday Steve would visit me at work but he looked sad. Max came to my moms house I was on the couch eating a poptart.

Max: "You and Steve need to get off this break we haven't seen him at all."

Me: "I'll go check on him thank you max."

I drove to Steve's house and knocked on his door.

Me: "Please come out."

Steve: "Addy is that you?"

Me: "Yeah Steve it's me."

He opened the door and hugged me.

Steve: "Are you coming back?"

Me: "Yeah I'm coming back. The kids are worried about you."

Steve: "I should probably go see them."

Me: "I'll go with you. We can have KFC for dinner."

Steve: "Yeah?"

Me: "Yeah whatever you want you get."

Steve: "I'll never fight with you again."

Me: "Me too I love you Steve Harrington."

Steve: "And I love you Addison."
