Chapter 24

"AWW WE LOVE YOU TOO JIHYUNIE" Hoseok yelled at the cute confession of Jihyun, who's face had turned red immediately.

"Your so cute!!" Jin cooed and pinched Jihyun's cheeks, causing Jihyun to scrunch his nose up and try to move away.

"Get in the pool!" Jimin yelled and gently rugged on Jihyun's shirt.

"I don't wanna get wetttt," Jihyun whined, and Yoongi has went inside to grab two more towels. Once he came back, he smirked and pushed Jihyun omg he pool.

"Yoongi!!"

"That's Yoongi-hyung to you, Jihyun~" Yoongi stuck his tongue out and Jihyun pouted, moving closest to the person on his right, and they cooed.

"You made him pout Yoongi-hyung!" Jimin yelled, and hugged the taller male as a sign of comfort, and Jihyun clung onto the male like a koala.

"I'm still not getting in the pool, I like being dry," Yoongi sat on one of the chairs away from the pool.

"Don't worry Jihyun, we'll drag him in here," Taehyung patted Jihyun's head and  the rest of the boys got out the pool minus Jimin who Jihyun was still clinging to.

The boys picked Yoongi up who was thrashing in their arms and threw him into the pool. He emerged from the water and Jihyun started laughing.

"That's what you get hyung." Jihyun teases and Yoongi glared at him, but Jihyun only continued to laugh.

Yoongi swam over and Jihyun started swimming away, his back muscles showing through the white shirt he was wearing.

"Damnnn Jihyun, your hot!" Namjoon whistled and Jin smacked the back of his head.

"Thanks Namjoonie!" Jihyun gave a human's up and continued to swim away from Yoongi.

"You won't catch me, hyung. I won't let you," Jihyun stuck his tongue out and Jungkook clung onto the taller's back, causing him to slow down a bit, but Yoongi still wasn't able to catch him.

"How the hell are you still faster?! You have Jungkook on your back!" Yoongi groaned, and Jungkook got off Jihyun.

"I swim a lot," Jihyun shrugged his shoulders with a smile. He pulled himself out of the pool and stood up, grabbing a drink and taking a sip.

He then proceeded to take his wet, white shirt off, causing the boys to stare at his figure.

"Uh guys..your staring.." Jihyun pointed it and that snapped everyone out of their trance.

"Right, right. What were we talking about?" Jin asked, and Jihyun sighed.

"Literally nothing," Jihyun laughed and walked back into the pool, shivering a little at the coldness.

Namjoon hugged Jihyun from behind, and Jihyun relaxed into him, the heat radiating off of him was comforting.

"We shouldn't stay out here too long, it's supposed to rain and get cold soon," Hoseok told the guys as he looked at the weather app on his phone.

"Kay, I'm gonna go in now, I'm tired," Yoongi got out the pool, and grabbed a towel, wrapping it around himself as he dried his feet before walking in.

Soon after, all the boys left except Jihyun.

"Jihyun, are you coming inside?" Jimin asked, and Jihyun shook his head.

"I'm gonna swim a couple of laps, I'll be out in a few," Jihyun smiled and Jimin nodded, leaving the door a bit cracked so Jihyun could get inside easily.

Jihyun floated on his back and looked up, it was slowly getting darker, and Jihyun closed his eyes. He relaxed there for a few minutes before standing in his feet, and pushing off the wall.

He had swam about six laps when it was relatively darker, and definitely colder.

He got out the pool and walked over to grab his towel, when he saw the door closed. He thought lightly of it, and wrapped the towel around his shoulders, and tried opening the door, but it was locked.

He frowned and pulled it a few times, before knocking. It was way colder and him being soaked was not helping. He knocked again, but no one was answering.

He shivered and sat down. he don't have his phone to contact the guys, no one hears him, and they weren't near the living room to see him.

He breathed out shakily, his breath coming out in a puff, and Jihyun continued to shiver.

He pulled his legs close and draped his towel over his legs, trying to provide them some warmth.

He had been counting the minutes slowly, wondering if the boys had forgot about him.

Meanwhile inside

"Thank god we got inside before it got worse, it looks so cold right now.." Namjoon noticed he window having a very thin layer of ice covering the glass, and sighed.

"Is there any hot chocolate, Tae?" Taehyung got o and searched the kitchen and found some hot chocolate packets.

"Lucky is, we have 8 of them," Taehyung smiled.

"Have any of you seen Jihyun? He said he was going to swim a few laps before coming back in," Jimin asked worriedly, and heir eyes widened.

"Jihyun didn't come inside?" Hoseok Ed asked, and everyone raced towards the door, yanking it open and seeing a shivering Jihyun sitting on the ground.

"Oh my god Jihyun!" Jungkook yelled and touched him, retracting his hand as how cold his skin was.

"He's freezing!!" Jungkook yelled and picked Jihyun up, ignoring the cold skin against him.

"He's been out there all this time?!" Taehyung asked worriedly, and kneeled down in front of Jihyun.

"Jihyun? Can you speak to me? Speak to me please.." Taehyung looked into Jihyun's eyes hopefully.

"I thought you guys had forgot about me for a few minutes," Jihyun laughed airily, and Yoongi had ran down with multiple blankets and comforters.

The boys wrapped Jihyun up to hopefully stop his shivering, and Jimin rushed back with a hot cup of hot chocolate.

He placed it in Jihyun's hands, and the boy smiled, still shivering lightly.

Jimin have a sad smile back.

"He needs a hot bath, these comforters aren't doing jack shit." Jin cussed and ripped he blankets off, picking Jihyun up and rushing him up the stairs and into the bathroom, running the water until it was a warm temperature to where Jihyun wouldn't burn himself by touching it.

He helped Jihyun in the bath, and Jihyun sunk into the water, his shivering stopping slowly.

"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry Jihyun.." Jin cried and Jihyun took ahold of Jin's hand, bringing t to his lips.

"It's okay, mistakes happen," Jihyun smiled at Jin, and Jin wondered how lucky he had gotten to have this selfless, kind and caring boy in front of him.
