MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM (IV)

"I will try my best, oppa"Naeun said and Minho continued his call.

"The piano will be arrived tomorrow. Prepare it well, as this is an important person,If you can do it well you will get an advantage for urself"Minho said.

Minho knows that by working with this 'important' people, can actually risk Naeun's life. But Naeun herself wants it, right?

"Naeun-ah, If you dont want to please take a step back before it's too late. Working with them of course will give you and me an advantage, us. But what if.."

"What if it goes wrong?"Naeun said. She herself knows what Minho have been thinking of.

"It's actually too dangerous Naeun-ah. And also by handling this Taemin, it' s not easy. As you know that many doctor have rejected, and only me accept him as my patient. But looks what happened? People said that i am working for money. So i can said that working with people like Taemin's family is burdensome" Minho explain. He himself knows so much that many people or i can said, almost everyone at the hospital think like that.

"If you want to stop,Please stop now. After i saw what just happened, i think it's best if you step back. Before it's too late" Minho continued.

"Oppa.. i know that you're worried about me.Tell me, my mother must have called you right?It's okay sometimes i need to get out of my own safe zone too. And i will make sure that everything will happen and i will make sure that i can do this one well,no matter what people said. I will helo you oppa,that's what friend is after all"Naeun said smiling.

Honestly, Minho feels strange now. Hearing the word 'friend' but who is he to expect more from Naeun?

"Naeun-ah, oppa will go to my room first, You can take a rest or go home. Tomorrow will be the official first day you worked here. Please rest well as tomorrow will be more harder than today" Minho said leaving Naeun alone.

Then, Minho arrived at his room when he notice someone is waiting in his room. He knows who is it..

"How is his condition today? Is he showing the same condition or maybe bad?" the person said as soon as Minho entered his room.

"Just like usual, He keeps on showing anger and he doesnt eat anything. Eventually ended up taking sedative again" Minho said politely.

"Are you sure that i can trust my own son to you?" The man fold his arm and giving him a 'Don't dissapoint me' look.

"I've said to the people who you have been ordering around right? I've done my best,sir. And about the music treatment we just try it and i think there's a possibility that he can regain himself again" Minho said.

"I need him. Next year. July. With his old self. You know why i can't sent him to America, right? Anyway, if you need anything, or inform me, please just tell Mr.Lee and Mrs.Lee. You know them, right? they had been with my son even before the accident"

"I understand sir, I will try my best and if there's any update i will tell them on behalf of you" Minho said.

"So,If you had known that i couldn't sent him to America,Please dont ever tell that mr and mrs. Lee about it. It only makes me frustated you know?!" The man said raising his voice at Minho.

"Okay sir, I'm sorry"Minho said bowed down his head.

"Anyway, Please do remember about it. July next year. Exatcly a year from now, i want him to recover"The man said leaving Minho alone.

As soon as the man left the room,
'Hurghh!' Minho scrambles his hair making his neat hair that he had been arranged since this morning became a mess.

'knock knock' Someone knock the door and open it. "Oppa, who come in ..." Naeun shocked seeing Minho looks so frustated when the time she meets him minutes before he is still look good.

"What's wrong oppa? How can your neatly hair became this messed up?" Naeun said coming close to Minho and started to arranged Minho's hair.

"Na...Naeun-ah, i can do it by myself. You can go home first, i've something come up" Minho said leaving Naeun clueless.

'Well, maybe he is not in his best condition,now?' that's what Naeun thought.

The next day..

Naeun had arrived in the hospital alone. Minho said that he had something come up which makes him can't give Naeun a ride and that he will be late for today.

Well, Naeun can go by himself anyway. As soon as she arrives she put her things in a locker room and immediately went to Taemin's room to see how he was doing. When she arrived in front of his door, she saw a nurse trying to get him to eat but he keeps on throwing anger.

"Nurse Park.. I will be taking care of him" Naeun said which nurse park giving her the tray that she had been holding on. And leaving them alone.

"WHY DID YOU ACTUALLY ALWAYS COME HERE AND MAKING ME UNCOMFORTABLE? WHY DONT YOU JUST LEAVE ME NOW?! WHAT'S THE POINT OF YOU IN HERE WHEN YOU'LL BE LEAVING ME AFTER ALL?!" He said giving Naeun a look full of anger.

"Taemin-ah, since we're a friends now you need to tell me everyhing. and who said that i will leave you? Look, Even after what happened yesterday i'm still back to here, right?"

"YA! I DONT NEED ANY FRIEND I CAN LIVE MY LIFE ALONE!! IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS LOCKED ME IN THIS ROTTEN ROOM THAT I BECAME LIKE THIS!"

"Why do you actually think that you won't need a friend?" Naeun ask leaving the tray on her hand in the table beside her and stand in front of Taemin. She doesnt scared at all, as Taemin's hand were handcuffed.

"A FRIEND? WHAT IS IT EXACTLY? I'M SO STUPID FOR LIVING MY LIVE BELIEVE IN ANY PERSON THAT CALLED 'FRIEND'" He shouted even though Naeun is in front of him. Naeun understand now.

"Taemin-ah, what is the true definition of a friend?"

"FRIEND? A BULLSHIT!THEY ARE ONLY PEOPLE WHO COMES TO YOU WHEN THEY NEED YOU!! THE.. THEY WILL BE LEAVING YOU ONCE THEY.. G..GET WHAT THEY WANT!!" He said. But eventually he cried. He is crying like a child. And guess what? He is crying in Naeun's arms now.

Naeun only soothe and pat his back hoping that he will get better by that.

Almost 10 minutes now and they are staying just like that. Until Taemin realized and pull himself back wiping his tears. Back to his own self.

"GO AWAY! YOU HAVE HEARD WHAT YOU WANT RIGHT? GO away..." He seems so sad that Naeun couldn't even bear leaving him. She knows that he only said it on his mouth, but that wasnt what his heart wants him to.

With that Naeun stand up not wanting to make Taemin became more angrier.

"Taemin-ah, Let's play a game"
