"Did you know the soft tissue is preserved because the iron in the dinosaur's blood generates free radicals, and those are highly reactive? So, the proteins and the cell membranes get all mixed up, and-and uh... act as a natural preservative. DNA can survive for a millennia that way." Gray stuttered out one of his many dinosaur facts halfheartedly.

The three had been distant from each other since the monorail - so much for everyone enjoying themselves. Natalie was leaning against the VIP queue barrier with Gray standing awkwardly as she glared at the back of Zach's head. While Natalie was silently fuming and Gray was forcing his initial excitement to return, Zach had taken to the group of girls standing in the main queue for the ride.

Zach and Natalie hadn't said a word to each other since they arrived at the GyroSphere station. The only sign of acknowledgement she received from him was the glares he shot from the corner of his eye. Natalie had no idea what had gotten him so angry, he had nothing to be angry with her about.

His emotions were flip-flopping quicker than Aunt Cass on her period. The thought made Natalie's lips threaten to stretch into a smirk but her hard look quickly returned when she made eye contact with one of Zach's current targets. The girl was quick to look away, whispering to her friend beside her.

Zach ignored Gray while Natalie struggled to think of a response. Her mind was out of control, her thoughts running around and colliding with each other. If somebody were to ask her name at that moment, she would have struggled to give them an answer.

Gray eyed his brother and the girls that had caught Zach's attention. Out the corner of her eye, Natalie could see the annoyance building in the young Mitchell brother - an emotion very rare for Gray to have.  "See, now, even if the amber mines dry up, they'll still have bones to--"

"Shut up." Zach huffed at Gray, who had continued to try to fill the awkward silence between the group.

Natalie's eyes hardened at Zach, her arm reaching out to wrap around Gray and pulled him into her side. "You're brother's an asshole," she scoffed quietly so only Gray would hear, squeezing his shoulder in comfort.

Natalie was perfectly fine with letting Zach know how she felt about him at that moment, in fact, if they were alone she would be at his throat. But they weren't alone, Gray was with them. Their parents sent them to Jurassic World to get away from the arguing, Gray didn't need to be around more.

"Yeah," Gray sighed, his body tense in Natalie's hold. "I get why you haven't told him yet,"

"Glad you're starting to see things my way, kid," Natalie finally pulled her eyes away from Zach's flirtatious smirk as her annoyance became almost overwhelming and jealous was beginning to seep in. Instead, she eyed the GyroSpheres making their way through the field in search of dinosaurs. "Besides..." she began, her eyes flickering over to Zach for a moment as she dropped her hold from Gray to fold her arms. "He seems content browsing his options."
