I had actually depression, anxiety and had frequent panic attacks,my story might not be sad tbh but ig it was enough for it to trigger some shit in my brain and yeah that happened lmfaoooo.

So many people I have spoken to before have asked me there must be something major which triggered your depression
Yes! Tbh yes! The fact that I have always had a mother and no father has! No that guy ain't dead just divorced ROFL. My head was soo messed up that it'd start saying "how could you expect someone to love you when your own father didn't" but it's chill lol. Never seen him not once, he never tried to call me lol idc. And also I'm SUPER proud of my mom.

How did you recover from depression:
Simple. Actually not something I thought of. I never did go for counseling that shit sucks untried that bitch didn't understand anything I said, and she was soo not feminist it triggered my inner bitch soo much that I had to literally escape from her. Anyways apart from that...so I lost a friend...?oh god no he didn't die ♀
Yeah and he acted like he didn't care I was bawling my eyes out and he was smiling. I saw he had replaced me, that triggered sense back into my head. He was smiling and happy while I was crying so I told myself. "you'll change" and here's proof I'm super duper happy :)

Also just changing your mindset won't work though it's like the major part but you should do something to facilitate it for example compliment other people: it made me feel better (the clueless vibes thoo lmfaoooo)

Most importantly STOP reading sad quotes periodt. Like PLEASE. Sad quotes are relatable they make you 100x sadder it's bad for health instead read happier ones.

Talking about self harm: I had experience lol okay it's not funny but the way I put it— nvm

1) take a marker and write you are loved on the place you want to self harm, now I fucking far should to cut pass the fact that "you are loved"

2) take a piece of paper, shred it now say sorry to it. Doe sit go back to how it was? Nope maybe you could tape it but the original....it's gone. Same with self harm one tiny razor mishap could end your life. Please don't do it, also I'd say stop being selfish just because suicide is going to end your problems it's going to give another person a SOLID reason to feel depressed. Just think about your family after demise. Awful and heartbreaking.
