you are every breath I take

every sound I hear

every fragrance that enhances my day

you are the beauty I see in the world

all that is good

all that is right

and real

you are my heart

my soul

all that I am

every fibre of my existence

saying

I love you

is just a 

gentle reminder

of what you are to me

I adore you

I cherish you

you are what has been 

missing from my life

yet

you have always been there

we did not merely

connect

we formed a union

that has brought 

two people

together as one

without you I

would simply be alive

with you
