Y/N POV

Tessa and Cade showed us where we will be sleeping for the night. Tessa ran a bath for Optimus and I and said I can use her shampoos etc. for my hair (as it has been 5 years since I had a bath).

Optimus and I were looking around our room when Cade came in with some clothes. "Here, have these to change into tonight," (he put a pair of pjs on the bed) "and these are for tomorrow." He also put down a fresh pair of clothes for tomorrow; as mine were ripped. "T-they were... my desist wife's clothes...-"

"Oh Cade! I can't have these!" I said as I handed him back the clothes.

"No, no, keep them." He smiled as he pushed the clothes back to me. Optimus and I both walked into the bathroom while Tessa and Cade went downstairs. The bath was huge! It could fit both Optimus and I with ease.

In the bath, I scrubbed myself down and washed my hair; it was one big knot, but was soon fixed. Optimus gently talked to me while I did this, he got out first as it didn't take as long for him to wash as it was for me. When I was done, I dried and changed into pjs then walked back to our room to see the most adorable scene ever!

I saw Optimus on one knee, properly fussing over Molly. She looked up at him with joy as she wagged her tail while Optimus rubbed her chest and stomach and talked to her lightly.

I ran and jumped backwards onto the bed. I sighed as I bundled myself ontop of the duvet. "How long has it been since you last slept in a bed?" Optimus chuckled.

"5 years" I mumbled happily, I saw Optimus froze as he protested what I just said.

"What?" Asked Optimus as he stood up from Molly. "What do you mean?"

"At shit." I muttered as I sat up. "Optimus-"

"Have I been in shutdown for... for 5 years!?" He demanded.

"Optimus, hush. It's oka-"

"No!.. Y-you... I... Oh!.. What do I say!?... What do I say to this!?... I-I... I have no words!" Optimus was so shocked, he didn't know what to do; he stares trembling and his eyes were wider than a hawks when hunting.

"Sit here, Optimus." I patted next to me. "Let's talk." He nodded and sat next to me; still shaking.

"I-I... I can't believe I have... I've wasted 5 years! I was expecting no more than a week let alone years!... Oh, my darling y/n, what have you been doing all this time? You've stayed here, Yes? You've stayed with Cade this whole time? Safe?" He asked so many questions.

"Let's talk about it tomorrow" I said as I cupped his face "it's late. Please, don't worry about this now. This is not your fault. Everything is okay, I promise." I said gently.

Optimus turned his head and looked into my eyes then cupped my face. Without warning, he pulled me into a hard kiss. I jumped at this, I didn't expect it at all. I started to get fearful when he pinned me to the bed and slid and hand under my pj top.

I panicked when it was no longer Optimus I saw on top of me; but Sari. His disgusting features, his aggressive eyes, his forceful movements.

Out of shear defence, I grabbed his arm, twisted it, then kicked him in the abdomen; sending him to fall of the bed. My mind went into the horrible reality when I heard Optimus groan in pain. I gasped as I jumped off the bed and crouched next to him. It came to me also that Optimus was very weak from his shutdown, so he's taken a lot of damage from me.

"Oh Optimus! Optimus I'm so sorry!" I cried as he sat up.

"I'm... fine, y/n..." he groaned again as he stood up, I did with him.
