this is how i solved it.

what percent (p) - yan ang hinahanap
of 75- x 75
is 15- =15

isalin na natin sa equation

p x 75 = 15 ( transpose-- magiging divide iyong sign ng 75)
p=15/75
p=.2
or 20%
