(A/N Sorry it took so long)

Rhys

You were making some soup on the little stove you had in the middle of your living room. You'd occasionally glance at the strange man sleeping on the couch to your left.

After you helped him and got home on the sofa, he's been mumbling in his sleep and had been out for around eight hours now.

Things were peaceful quiet, until the couch started to creek. You look over to see the man holding his head in his one arm, groaning a bit in pain.
" Ugh... w-what..." He said quietly, but his sleepiness was quickly replaced with fear. He gasped realizing that he was in an unfamiliar place and began to fall off the couch in surprise.

You ran to his side and made sure he didn't fall by holding him up. He quickly grabbed onto you to hold himself up, but when he looked at your face he quickly let go and jumped to his feet.

"Ok-Ok-Who are you, and how did I get here?!" He yelled questioning you. You sighed and stood up as well.
"Look, I saw you in Helios' ruins and brought you here because you were hurt." You said, pointing to the bandages that covered his body.

He seemed to calm down a bit, but then panic grew on his face once more as he looked around quickly.
"Did-did I have anything on me? Like a sheet of paper or picture frame like thing?"
You frowned, assuming that he thought you didn't know what it was. You again sighed at pointed to your work bench where it sat, untouched.

He quickly went to it, and looked at it very closely, to make sure it wasn't tampered with. You shook your head at the Hyperion man and simply went back to cooking your food. Of course you know what it was, you could read. It was the rights to Atlas, an old company that died out; Something like that really wasn't you're thing, so you didn't care to much about it.

You really didn't care what he did, you helped him out of the kindness of your heart... and well in hopes he'd pay you too.

After a while of him toying with his frame, he slowly made his way over to you. He stood there for a good minute just watching, but then cleared his throat.
"Umm... Thanks? Thank you... For ah... helping me... Just, ya know... Thanks..."

You smiled softly at his attempt of a thanks and looked up at him from your seat on the floor.
"It's no problem, you needed help and I was in the helping mood," You then poured two bowls of soup and continued by saying, "Here, it'll keep you going." You handed him the bowl and he gently took it from you.

"Thanks..."
"(Y/N)." You told him.
"Thanks (Y/N)... For everything. My names Rhys."

Day two at the shop started a lot like day one, doing things that would probably be the daily normal. Things were calm and the store was empty of customers at first; It was empty for about an hour until a group of four walked in.

They looked like the normal bandit folk who'd come to the shop, so no alarms went off in your head right away.

The four walked around looking at every little thing they could see. They then met in front of the counter and nodded their heads.

The largest member pulled out a gun and aimed it at you. You did as grandpa told you and hit the button underneath the counter, then put your hands up. The button would set off an alarm in the back, letting pops know something was up and he should call for help.

"Alright, you listen closely. We're goin' to take everythin' in this here shop, and you're goin' to sit here and look pretty." The largest spoke, staring you down. You can't help, but roll your eyes as you nodded, regretting leaving your gun in the back.
