I narrow my eyes at my opponent shifting my weight side to side like a coiled snake, ready to strike at any moment. They feint left but I'm expecting it and react appropriately, landing a solid punch to the ribs. Suddenly as if consumed by a primal rage they lunge attacking with brut strength, but I am faster and lighter. We whirl around each other in a violent dance, the dry dust swirling under our feet.
My opponent loses focus for an instant giving me time to deliver a kick bringing them to their knees, another kick and they are on their back, blinking dazedly.
Grinning I offer a hand to the fallen man, yanking him to his feet.
"Better luck next time General Regias"
He shakes his head, smiling
"Well you beat me again, you should join the army we could use a soldier with your skill set"
I smile shaking my head
"Have you met Lucifer? He would have a heart attack at the very mention of danger. Plus I'm not a fighter I'm an artist with anger issues" He dusts himself off looking at me with an idea sparkling in his green eyes
"Looks like I'll have to use you as a training partner for my men, they could use a good ass whooping"
Regias is young to be in control of a demon army, but he has a fascinatingly complex, strategic brain and is a amazing fighter.
You can tell he's strong by his bulging muscles that strain against his shirt, his powerful wings make him look bigger but he is very sweet unless battle is involved.
Hearing footsteps I turn to see Lucifer striding towards us in full leather armor he glares at me
"Why are you out here with him?"
He asks angrily
Regias laughs, blush darkening his cheeks
"Don't worry sir she just asked for a sparing partner and I agreed she beat me though so nothing suspicious at all" he rambles
I look at him surprised, noticing my look he shuts his mouth and looks at the ground.
I put my hands on my hips and say
"I was in need of a partner and since you have been so busy with your boyfriend I figured I could find someone else to fight"
He grumbles under his breath opening his mouth to say something, not feeling like a lecture I thank Regias and leap into the air flying away from my overprotective big brother.
