He was stunned, unable to speak. They all were.
Such a new development had no reaction except pure speechlessness.
Trembling, Bill slowly sat down once more as a fresh wave of tears slid down his face.
"Do you...know what our child would've been like?"
Glyndwr was partly startled but gave a sigh before softly smiling.
"I do...when I discovered it myself, I went back and did some searching. And...I found the possible future where you had left the dream unscathed. Locked away unfortunately, but I saw him. A gorgeous boy with bright green eyes and purple flames."
Mabel slowly looked from Bill to Glyndwr, before remembering.
"Purple flames...saved me from Cato in the diner."
"Cato has green eyes...doesn't he?"
Bill seemed partly scared to even ask but Glyndwr only gave a soft smile.
"Of course, but that's not why your son has green eyes. Yours are yellow and Mabeline's were blue. That makes green. And your flames, you blue, hers red. It makes purple."
Bill seemed relieved, leaning forward slightly.
After a moment, he took a deep breath, wiping his cheeks dry.
"Okay...Mabel, you said someone with purple flames saved you?"
She gave a nod, Bill looking from Mabel to Dipper.
"Did you see who it was?"
He shook his head, glancing to Glynwr who simply nodded and he sighed.
"I...am the...one with purple flames. I...just reacted to the thought of him taking my sister..."
Mabel seemed surprised, looking to her twin brother.
"You...have demon powers too?! That must mean you're a demon!! Dude this is so cool!"
She gave a shriek of pure excitement, clapping as she gave a wide smile.
"There's one more thing."
Glyndwr spoke, silencing Mabel as she settled down.
"I've been tracking his soul, figuring out where he came from since it didn't seem like coincidence. I haven't figured it out yet unfortunately, but I will tell you when I do."
Finally, Pacifica spoke up.
"Is it possible that Dipper is your reincarnated son? If your wife reincarnated, surely your son did too."
Complete and total silence fell over the table.
That was...a lot to process.
No one seemed to know what to say.
It had to have been a full ten minutes before Glyndwr finally spoke.
"I suppose it's possible that, yes, Dipper could be your reincarnated son."
Bill seemed at a loss for words before he stood up.
"Wait, let me try something."
Glyndwr stood as well, moving to Dipper and gently taking his face in her hands.
Her hands began to glow before what seemed to be a long piece of thread began to form.
Slowly, it swirled in the air before it moved to Bill and connected to his chest.
Then it split, spiraling to Mabel and connecting to hers.
When she let go of Dipper's face, the thread vanished.
"It's as suspected, Dipper appears to be your son Bill. And Mabeline's which I'm very happy to say." Bill was on his feet once more, dashing to Dipper and hugging him tightly.
"I-I have a son?! And-and his twin sister is my reincarnated wife!"
A soft giggle rose from his lungs before it turned into full laughter.
It became a contagious action, one that made Dipper start laughing as well.
Then Mabel joined in, dying from the irony of it all.
Glyndwr gave a soft laugh, shaking her head before gently patting Pacifica's back.
"No worries."
It eventually ceased, Bill taking a seat between Mabel and Dipper.
"Okay, you don't have to call me dad though. It'd be...awkward."
Dipper laughed.
"Yeah, definitely."
A comfortable silence fell once more, but no one seemed to want to say anything.
Glyndwr broke it again however, standing to her feet.
"Well then, my help is no longer needed. Do call again if I'm needed."
"Okay, thank you so much for your help!"
Mabel got to her feet, slowly before hugging Glyndwr.
"We do appreciate it, ever so much."
"You're very welcome."
She gave a final smile before turning, heading out the door.
Mabel took a seat, turning to the others.
"Let's do this. We need a plan."
She looked to Pacifica as she spoke.
"He doesn't know me, Bill can't touch you, if Dippers a demon too wouldn't that mean he can't?"
Mabel looked between them, a bit confused. Dipper looked at her just as confused.
"I'm the one who caught her."
Then Bill spoke.
"You're not a fully realized demon! Unlike both me and Mabel, you're only just discovering your powers! Biologically, you are still human!"
Mabel couldn't smile any bigger than she already was.
"Then we have ourselves a place to start!"
