It's been exactly a month since Lou and I became friends again. It was a good thing but, i hated that we weren't as close as we used to be. I set my lipgloss down and looked into the mirror. I'm gaining my confidence again and today i decided i'd wear something that isn't leggings and a hoodie. I wore a pair of ripped blue wash shorts and a red cropped hoodie. It was summer time and i'm definitely going to sweat in the hoodie but it's cropped. I applied little makeup and left my bedroom.

"Clem! Are you going see Violet and Minnie?" I jumped back. He definitely caught me by surprise. I nodded my head.

"Yeah, i have to drop something off to Vi and then i'll probably head back" She thought he was odd for him to question where she was heading to because he usually didn't care.

"Why? do you need something in town?" I asked the young boy who had a disco broccoli shirt on. I smiled at his innocence.

"No, i was just wondering if tomorrow you could take Tenn and me to the zoo" a smile beamed from his chubby face. I thought back to figure if i was busy tomorrow. I eventually decided that it would be go for him to get out of the house.

"Yeah, just promise you'll be in my eyesight?" He quickly nodded and hugged me. I kneeled down to his level and kissed his cheek. I told Lee bye and left the house.

  I parked my bike in the emo girls driveway. I gently knocked on the door, revealing Violet in a pair of shorts paired with a oversized band tee. She jumped towards me, engulfing me into a hug. I squeezed the noodle haired girl back and gently took her off with a smile.

"BITTCHHHH!" She yelled in excitement. I laughed at his stupidity and put a hand over her mouth, looking around to see if anyone heard her. She licked my hand and i immediately moved it, wiping it on her.

"Ewww!" She joined the irreverent laughter. She forced me inside and offered some chicken nuggets that was eating from before i arrived.

"Nah, i wanted to bring you this." I tossed her stupid band Tee at her. She's been bugging for it ever since she left it there. She jumped in excitement and praised the lord that i remember- literally.

"Shut up, shitbird" I threw a chicken nugget at her forehead.

"Clementine.. Are you in the mood for food? I heard louisss is working tonight!" She said in a sing song voice. my face went red at her comment.

"We aren't going over there, Vi" i looked around to avoid her deadly eye contact.

"No, we're going. Let me get my keys. I'm in the mood for a shake because i'm literally on my period right now and chocolate is chocolate, my dude" She grabbed her keys from the key rack and shoved her leftover chicken nuggets in her mouth.

"Oh god.." I hopped off of the purple stool in the house and left the noodle hair girls house.

"here we go" I sighed, opening the car door and getting into the girls car.

"shut up! y'all are literally high school sweethearts," she turned down her emo music and listened to my complaining.

"No- we've never even dated!" i stated to the pale  noodle girl. She laughed like it was the funniest joke in the world.

"But you've thought about it..."

i didn't know how to write this chapter but now that's it's done, i can finally get past it and update this book more. yee haw? 🤣❤️ also this chapter is irrelevant but next chapter won't be... LOUIS AND CLEMENTINE WILL LITERALLY FUC-
