BANG, there is a knock on the door, BANG, another knock, Sirius wakes up and hears y/n crying down stairs, he looks out the dirty window of his bedroom in number 12 grimould place, it was dark outside accept for 10 aurors standing at the door, still knocking, until, BOOM, they blasted the door down, Sirius runs down to y/n's room.
y/n is still crying, her long red hair lying next to her in her bed, her brown eyes filled with tears, Sirius crouched down to y/n level,
"I love you y/n, and, and, don't worry i'll be back soon, ok" said Sirius tears now streaming down his face
"where are you gowing siri" questioned y/n, starting to pull his hair
"just, erm, just on a little holiday that's all" Sirius kisses y/n on the forehead, and picks up a piece of paper
"now y/n you keep this ok, but don't worry i'll be back, now matter how long im gone I will always be trying to get back" Sirius finished writing the letter and put it in the locket around y/n's neck
"KREATUR" the old house elf appeared out of nowhere,
"master has summoned me" Sirius looked down at the house elf and whispered into his ear,
"ohh I see master black, I will be looking after little mistress black" Sirius looked raged
"PLEASE DONT CALL HER MISTRESS BLACK HER NAME IS Y/N" the house elf clicked his fingers and disappeared
Sirius picked up y/n, hugged her, kissed her on the cheek and put her back in her cot, at that moment the aurors broke in, sisrus put his hands in the air
"SIRIUS ORION BLACK YOU ARE UNDER ARRESST FOR SELLING JAMES AND LILY POTTER TO HE WHO MUST NOT BE NAMED" Sirius went for his wand
"I WOULD NEVER SELL OUT JAMES AND LILY IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE" a tall auror put his wand up to Sirius's neck
"BE QUIET YOU MURDERER, IM TAKING YOU TO AZKABAN" the auror held his wand closer to Sirius's neck, y/n let out a loud wail
"who is that!" Sirius looked back at y/n, who had to witness the only family she had being arrested
"that is y/n lily potter, daughter of james and lily potter" Sirius answered trying to keep back tears
"LIER, Y/N POTTER DIED WITH HER PARENTS"
