y/n sits in potions (this time on time), she had barely slept that night, she didn't know why but, she only had an hour sleep, she was falling asleep and then waking up every time her head fell off her hand,

"POTTER, WAKE UP, AND DO YOUR WORK" Snape shouted, y/n jumped up, shook her self wake,

"I don't really wanna do the work today" muttered y/n, but snape heard her

"POTTER MY OFFICE NOW" said snape clearly not impressed, as y/n got her books from the table, the chain on her necklace broke, the locket broke and the letter fell out

"caught passing notes read it out to the class or you'll have twice as much detention as you all ready have" snape handed her the note, y/n opened the old piece of parchment and read it out

"to whom it may concern, this is from Sirius black, if you are reading this you must be y/n's guardian, I have enclosed all of y/n information here

"GO" snape pointed at the door to his office, y/n walked out the door, and out of the class, everyone else seemed to follow, y/n leaves and finds Draco out by Hagrid's hut hiding behind a few massive rocks,

"hey Malfoy, what are you doing" said y/n as she walked down to him,

"watch this, Hagrid's bloody chicken is about to meet his end" sneered Malfoy, he looked back over the rock, only to turn around again two seconds later, Hermione harry and Ron appeared through the arch way,

"come to see the show" laughed Malfoy, Hermione walked quickly over to Malfoy and put her wand right up to his chin,

"you, you foul, loathsome, evil, little cockroach!" said Hermione angrily, Ron and harry coming closer to her

"Hermione no! he's not worth it!" moaned Ron, Hermione put down her wand, turned way, started to walk away then turned and punched Draco right across the face,

"ohh Malfoy are you ok!" screamed one of the boys next to him, as Draco had just fell to the floor, he ran away with Crabbe and Goyle, the other boy following too, y/n still standing there

"hi harry, Hermione, Ron" said y/n sarcastically, folding her arms and rolling her eyes,

"hi y/n, I'm sorry about the last day" blushed harry,

"it's fine just sometime think before you say things, kreatur raised me, and you never insult my family in front of me" said y/n now pointing at harry,
