As Stark points out, sometimes you just have to take a leap of trust in yourself and do your best given the situation. You need to be confident in your abilities and just yourself overall. Stark matured continuously throughout the movies and became one of the most hardworking and dedicated heroes. This is surprisingly really good advice from such a sarcastic superhero.
