3:00 p.m.

Today is Tuesday and I'm on my last three days of High school "So Are you going for the last three days Shawty" Jamal asks I scrunch my nose at the nickname and he laughs "And yes I'm going because I have to and its graduation so your coming with me when we get to my house to drop my stuff off since Jeffery is at work until 6:30 p.m." I say and he scoffs "Why, I'm not going" He says crossing his arms "Like hell you arn't" I say and he shakes his head "I will stick a broomstick up your ass if you don't" I say laughing But dead ass serious "fine" He says and we arrive at the house, I refuse to call that place home its just so depressing with the memories filled in it "I have saved up money from working at the corner store" I say Letting Jamal in and then running upstairs dropping my book bag in my room and then lifting my rug along with 3 wooden tiles and Jamal leans down, I take out my Jordan box and open it up revealing 2,000 dollars to be exact I take 300 and then I put it back in and then cover it up "I have been saving that for over 3 years" I say and he nods giving me a hug "I swear once I hit 18 I'm running away from here" I say and pull him out and downstairs out the door

(At the dress shop)
"Jamal please which one" I say as he looks at his teeth through the mirror "Josefina baby Listen its okay to look a little sexy" He says tossing the two dresses at the lady "She wants something short and tight maybe red" He says and the lady runs to find something "JAMAL" I yell smacking his arm "Well Were going to a party afterwards and we'll be there all night" He says and I frown "You know I cant" I say then the lady comes over "Honey I seen this over there and Your skin color and body would go perfect in this if your looking to be sexy" She says and I take it with a smile, I go in the changing room and change into it then look in the mirror, I didn't look bad, Only thing is that the bruises show "JAMAL COME HERE" I yell "NO SIS YOU COME TO ME" I sigh and walk out and strut like a model "OOH, GET IT, OH GIVE IT A TWIRL" I twirl "OOH OK I SEE YOU BOO" I laugh and he gets to thinking "I like that one get it, Matter of fact Ill pay" He says then pushes me to the changing area "No I'm paying" I say and "Yeah what ever, YO LADY, I need a tux to match hers"
(Later) 5:00 p.m.
Me and Jamal were now sitting at a Ice cream parlor talking about the party in three days "Your making me look like I got no class" I say and he scoffs "We all know your a ghetto bitch that hides behind a classy bitch" He says then I smile shaking my head "Listen Janice I Have class but when a hoe tries me it turns ghetto" I say then his eyes get wide "What the fuck your cheating on me WITH JANICE" He screams and I shush him then his phone rings "SHE CHEATED ON ME" He sobs "Oh shit whats up Elijah" Elijah the mafia guy oh wait shit hes the gang leader I think "Um I'm at a ice cream parlor with My bitch" He says smirking " EXCUSE ME" I yell pulling his ear "OK I'm just kidding its Josefina, I'm at the ice cream parlor with Josefina" I let go and he gets a serious look "What do you mean they're coming to the ice cream parlor" Uh oh "They're fucking after me what the fuck did I do"... "They got guns shit" WHAT "Alright were coming right now" He throws his phone in his pocket "Lets go now" He yanks my arm and I left my ice cream damn it, We go to the back door and then I spot a bunch of guys walking with guns "Jamal" I point and he curses "Come on" He drags me to the bathroom fast then opens a window above the toilet "Hurry get through it while its clear" My heart was beating out of my chest as I climb through "I cant" I say then his hand on my thigh pushes me out the window and I fall on the ground "HEY" A man yells with a mask and a gun on him and I look and my heart drops, I grab this metal pipe and swing hitting the head as Jamal jumps out "Come on Elijah is on the corner of broad view Run as fast as you can even if your ahead of me" He said and I ran like a bat out of hell not knowing how the fuck I got in this position, It takes me a minute to get on the corner of broadview and I see a black dodge demon and then the window rolls down "GET IN" He yells then I'm lifted off the ground and thrown into the car with Jamal smashing me legs "Fucking bloody hell" I move my thigh from under him as he breathes heavily "that hurt" I say and he shrugs "You got a nice hit" The guy I'm guessing was Elijah "Oh That I don't know where that came from" I say then Jamal shoves his hand on my face "This Is my bitch Elijah" I grab his ear "I am not your bitch ass hat" I say and he moves his hand "How do you let a girl get passed you when running for your life" Elijah says "Listen man you've never seen her run when shes scared, This puta is fast" He exhales "I have to go home like now" I say looking at the time seeing its 6:00 already "Why so early" Elijah asks "Just take her home" Jamal pushes and I stay quiet
(At the house)
I get out and then wave by walking inside, and then hurrying to the kitchen and starting water for spaghetti noodles then I heat up a pan and do the meat, Just in time as it turns 6:30 I had everything cooked and garlic bread cut up, I made his plate and the front door opens, I sigh and he slams the door, hes mad, He walks in and has a bump on his forehead "You little punk ass bitch" He says walking towards me then backhands me across the face, then again and again and again "GO TO YOUR ROOM UGLY BITCH" I cry and hold me head low hurrying out and up the steps, I flop on my bed and sob curling up into a ball, I Hate him, I hate this house, I will never feel any love for him, I hate him, My door opens and I hold in the other sob "YOUR TOO LOUD" He grabs my neck and does something and everything goes black.
