Jughead's P.O.V
It's been uncomfortable adjusting to South Side High these last couple of weeks. I just wanna go back to Riverdale High with all of my friends and, Betty.
It's just so damn hectic with the Serpents and Ghoulies running around raising hell.
I just want to see something new.
"Jughead! Jughead! Jughead!" Toni rushes up to me.
I'm startled, but I still reply.
"What's up Topaz?"
"Word on the street is there's a new girl round here." She informs me.
"Where?"
"There." She turns her head and points near the scanners.
I follow her lead and my eyes get big when I turn to see the most beautiful girl I've ever seen.
Well that is something new.
I start walking towards her.
"Where are you going?" Toni grabs my arm.
"To my beauty."
"I saw her first."
Y/n P.O.V
You look up and instantly lock eyes with the most beautiful boy you've ever seen.
Once you make it through the scanners he walks in front of you.
"Hi, I'm Jughead."
"I'm Y/n. How's it goin?"
"Great, beauty."
You smile.
"Come on let me give ya the grand tour." He raps his arm around you and together you guys walk down the hall.
"You've already been introduced to the scanners." He looks back at the entrance.
"Here's the cafeteria."
He opens the door, "After you, beauty."
You curtsy before walking in and he leads you to a table where a group of guys and girls sit. They're all wearing leather jackets with a snake on them with the words South Side Serpents.
You catch the eye of a black haired, fair skinned boy with broad shoulders.
He smirks at you.
"Who's that?" You whisper to Jughead.
"Sweet Pea." He gives you a weird look.
"Anyway guys this is Y/n, Y/n meet the South Side Serpents." He introduces you to what you guess is his gang.
Your from around here, so this isn't the first time you've heard of the Serpents.
And your sure it won't be the last.
Jughead takes your hand and leads you to a seat in between him and Sweet Pea.
The Serpents fill you on what's been going around school like the jingle jangle, and give you a heads up to stay away from the Ghoulies, the gist of the best areas at the school, and basically anything Jughead may have missed.
The bell signals the end of lunch and you all rush out.
"Hey, wait up, beauty!" Jughead runs up to you with a leather jacket in his hand.
