7:00 A.M I wake up to the sound of sipping and tiny sniffles. I rub my eyes and turn my head to the left. Dani was sitting in her window sill seat cuddled up with her up of coffee, gazing at the city waking up.
“Did they call yet?” I ask with my morning voice.
“Yea…. They said they are doing surgery on both of them… they’ll call me when they have the results.” She sniffles and rubs her nose.
I take a deep breath of fresh air and smell something delicious. I accidentally let out an Mmmmmmmm out loud. She gives me a confused face, but realized I was made that noise because of the food.
“OH YEA! I made you tradition Canadian pancakes which you can eat with our famous MAPLE SYRUP! I also cooked you some scrambled eggs and fried some CANADIAN BACON!”
“Yummy!” I screamed.
She walked toward my side of the bed and held one hand out. I grabbed her hand while she held her coffee in the other. Then she pulled me out of the bed and dragged me to her dining table. She pulled out my chair for me to sit in and placed a place mat in front of me as well as a fork, knife, spoon, napkin, and a cup of milk. I served myself my food because I was practically drooling looking and smelling the food. It was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!
*Time Skip*
7:30 I finished my food and asked Dani if she “Wanted to go on a morning walk?”
“YEA!” she said with her mouth full of pancakes.
I told her to “Changed into workout clothes”
I quickly run to my apartment and wash my face. I apply 2 coats of mascara. I gather my pink hair into a high ponytail and slip on some socks. I find some workout shorts and tank top and get dressed into it. I snatch my phone and fast walk to her apartment with just my socks. I ask her if I can borrow her an extra pair of trainers. I find them and tie the laces. We both grab out phones and head out the door.
We walk a few blocks away from our apartment complex but walk back. I hear heavy footstep behind me. I look back, it was Zach:
“HEY ZACH!” I scream while hugging him.
“Hey Allison!” he says hugging me back. “Who is this?” hey exclaims pointing at Dani.
“Oh, this is Dani, the girl that introduced me to you.”
Dani looks at the both of us with a blank face. Then it hits her.
“OMG ARE YOU THE GRASER10?!?” She yells with excitement.
“OHHHHHH, she is Danielle!” he says with realization. When I was texting Zach all of yesterday I mentioned how I knew about him… though Dani.
“HOLY TRUCK!!! HE JUST SAID MY MOTHER TRUCKING NAME!!!! THE FEELS I AM GETTING THE FEELS RIGHT NOW!!!” She screams. “May I take a selfie with all of us? O I won’t post it, I just wanna have it for keep sake!”
“Aight!” Zach says confidently.
Danielle unlocks her phone and goes to camera. She holds up her hand and takes 2 different pictures. One was a silly photo and the other was a cute one. Just as she was gonna take a third one, Zach turned to me and kissed my cheek. CLICK! Goes the camera. I blushed and couldn’t stop staring at his bright blue eyes….
“Thanks Gra Gra!”
“Oh Danielle! You can call me Zach!”
“Aight Zach!”
Zach started to walk off until I run towards him,
“ZACH WAIT!”
He turned around and I kissed him back on the cheek. We both smiled and hugged each other goodbye. I run back to Dani to see her crossing her arms and having a smirk on her face.
“I ship it! I TOTALLY ship it!! #Zalli ALL DA WAY!”
*TIME SKIP*
We are half way to our apartment and nonstop talked about Zach. BRINNGGG! BRINGGG! Dani’s phone rang. We both immediately stop and she answers:
“Hello?” she says nervously. I tried to hear what the person on the other side of the phone was saying but I could one make out a little of the conversation:
So we have the results……..They were badly……But thankfully…
“Uh huh...” Dani said
She smiled and slammed her hand over her mouth. She started to tear up
“Thanks… No you have a good day…… M kay bye!”
She looks over at me and hugs me very tightly.
“THEY MADE IT!!” she says crying out loud. “Thanks Alli for giving me hope….. Without you I wouldn’t believe….”
“No problem Dani… Now let’s walk back to our apartments…”
*TIME SKIP*
We arrive back at out apartment and Dani is still going on about Zach and I kissing on the cheek. She constantly is showing me the picture and chants, “ZALLI! ZALLI! ZALLI!” Hearing that her parents survived put her in a better mood. I get a notification from Zach:
New Message from: Zach <3
Hey can you tell Danielle to send me the 3rd picture?? Pretty please little one??
I unlock my phone and respond
Alli- Of course gorgeous! <3
I scream to Dani,
“HEY CAN YOU SEND THE PICTURE OF ZACH KISSING MY CHEEK TO HIM??? HE WANTS IT! AND WHILE YOU ARE AT IT, CAN YOU SEND IT TO ME TOO?”
“Okay! Okay! So demanding!” She air drops the photo to me and I give her Zach’s phone number and she sends it. I text Zach:
Alli- Did you get it?
Zach <3- YEP! Gonna set it as my home screen.
I yell at Dani again:
“HEY CAN YOU EDIT THE 3RD PICTURE SO I SET IT AS MY LOCK SCREEN?”
“Sure thing bud!”
5 minutes later I get a text notification:
New Message from Dani poop

I open up the text and save the edited photo to my camera roll. It was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G once again. I quickly set it as my lock screen, screenshot it, and sent it to Zach. I was hard for me to decide... I had mixed feelings…. I liked him but did me like me back? I mean he kissed me on the cheek FIRST….
