Akali

the woman who I decided to latch onto for a little while. 

My body was currently in a state of coma,  I used my magic however, in order to keep up with whats going on in the world. I had seen people raving over this 'K/DA' band or whatever and decided to haunt the cutest chick in the group by latching my spirit onto her for a while. of course this had its... problems. 

I had to stay with her all the time, of course I never showed her my spirit form or what I looked like so it wasn't too awkward. After all I had to watch the woman shower for heavens sake. As far as she was concerned their house was haunted and a ghost had latched itself onto her, sometimes I went into her head or dreams to talk to her, I was a nuisance, but she didn't hate me. Sometimes she enjoyed me in fact, right now was one of those times, she was in the hospital after someone had stabbed her, no one knew why someone did it but they did. Unfortunately it was the same hospital my body was currently stationed at, so I had to do my best to keep from sounding too uncomfortable and keep her away from my room when she decided to walk around.

Akali sighed as she looked around the empty hall obviously bored "Why don't you just take a nap?" I asked annoyed at how she insisted on walking at this time. "because i already did, you're a ghost you don't even need sleep so why is it so important anyway?" she grumbled as she kept walking, I rolled my eyes, or at least- my ghost eyes? whatever. 

We walked for a while before I started getting tense, she started walking right near my room "We should go back, now. the nurse is going to come for you soon to check up on you and stuff..." I urged growing more anxious as she walked "it will be fine she knows I like to walk... god, why are you so pushy lately??? ever since we got in this hospital I swear..." She huffed. Eventually we came to my room, it was overflowing with 'get well soon' balloons, cards, flowers, and a pile of gifts for when I woke up. "please... can we just go back..." I croaked as she stopped at the door looking in, she narrowed her eyes inside "Is this someone you know (y/n)?" She murmured as she walked through the door carefully, I freaked out, she could feel how nervous I was and sighed "I will take that as a yes...". 

She got inside and looked around before her eyes landed on my body, my hands were gripped and I looked scared, after all my emotions right now slipped into my actual body, she walked next to me and picked up a clipboard that was on my bedside table. she stayed silent for a minute but then started to read "coma patient... (y/n)... (l/n)... Magic user got into a car crash, had near fatal head injuries before made stable...." Her eyes widened and I could feel her heart drop in realization "oh... oh my god... this is you isn't it?... then how are you..." she trailed off as her free hand covered her mouth, staring at my unconscious body. I sighed and allowed myself to massage her shoulders she jumped at the touch but soon relaxed "i'm a magic user... as you read, I decided to latch onto someone, I found out about you and thought you were pretty, cool, and perfect when it came to hearing news about the world... I knew what I signed up for when I attached to you but... I cant get out of a coma, I need someone to bond souls with me, iv'e been looking at the people you hang out with as possible souls to bond with but... that would mean we would instantly fall in love..." I admitted.

it  was quiet until I heard her take a shaky breath "bond with me" She said closing her eyes as she put the clipboard down biting her bottom lip. I stayed quiet "Akali... im not sure you understand... that means you can be with me and only me..." I said more specifically, she nodded and opened her eyes. 

"I know... I want that... I want you to be with me... I want you to bond with me"
