~ [Y/N]'s POV:

I went to my room and shut the door as my parents got into a huge fight with eachother, I could hear shattering glass as my drunken father angrily yells at my mother. I crashed on my bed sobbing.

I picked up my phone next to me and texted a boy that I've been friends with for a few months, his name is Gerard. He has beautiful shoulder length raven colored hair that's as soft as satin and hazel brown Eyes. I texted him about what was happening. He didn't reply. Then I texted this:

I became numb from my head to toes and I hid my head in my pillow

Suddenly I heard something knocking against my window, I must've fallen asleep as it was no longer sunset but evening. The crickets were singing outside.

I peeked through my curtains, unveiling the sight of Gerard. He was still wearing his school uniform.

I opened my window. "Come with me [Y/N]." He said.
So I climbed out of my window onto the lawn. "Take my hand." he said reaching out his palm.

Without hesitation I put my hand in his. He started to run. I didn't have a clue where he was leading me. We ran across the road right into an empty field of long dead grass and a few bachelor's button flowers. It was rather cold that night.

I lost grip of his strong hand, we both stood still and out of breath for a few seconds then we both fell to the ground. "Here." he said softly.

I was so confused, I looked at him."Look up" he said. So I looked up, it was beautiful. I could see galaxies and super novas from here. He moved closer to me and ran his fingers through my [H/C] hair."I get what it feels like y'know." he soothed."You do?" I asked him. He shook his head up and down.

We moved towards eachother. I rested my head on his shoulder."I need you" I sniffed. He wrapped his arms around me."It's okay" he whispered and he wiped a tear from my cheek.

I made eye contact with him, in a daze of his beauty. I wasn't sure what was happening but we got closer to eachother till our lips touched. I closed my eyes. His lips we're as soft as honey dew. We both slowly pulled away.

He lovingly smiled at me. It felt like everything was okay for those few seconds even though it wasn't.

He put a white flower in my hair, I smiled at him then he assured me that everything will be okay--eventually
and that he'll always be there for me when I need someone.
