Sapphira wakes up, feeling abnormally hot. She tries to get up but finds herself strapped down to what she thinks is a bed. She growls to herself. She hated being restrained.she slowly looked to the side, her head throbbing for some reason, and saw that Kapu was tied down to her right and on her left was Saphire. She stared at them, horrified. Saphire and herself had a matching mark on their necks where the collarbone met the shoulder. She shivered. Not from being cold, because it was hot as hell in there. As she focused her eyes on her surroundings, she realized that they were not in the doctor's building with Daniel anymore, but rather in a place she had never seen before in her life. She started to panic when suddenly a door opened and a very tall man walked in. She growled at him. "Where are we?" she snapped at him, beginning to get even more angry than she was before. He just chuckled. That infuriated her. "ANSWER MY QUESTION!" she demanded, snarling. Again, he chuckled. "You're so cute, Sapphira," he said, his voice low and mischievous. "Cute? Did you just call me freaking cute?!" she snapped, furious now. He smirked. "That's what I said, Cupcake," he laughed. She suddenly found strength and broke the restraints she was in, making the man jump. "W-wait... how did you...?" he started to ask, but stopped and smirked again. She snarled at him. How dare he treat her, an alpha, like that. She wanted so badly to wrap her hands around his neck, cutting off his airway, but knew also that if she failed, it would mean death for all of them, so she just stood there, baring her fangs at him. "Who are you," she said calmly but angrily. "That doesn't matter right now, Sapphira," he said starting to stalk towards her. She backed away and growled. "ANSWER. MY. QUESTION! And how do you know my name?!" she snarled at him. "Again, it doesn't matter, Cupcake," he said, using that stupid pet name again. She ran up to him and punched him. Hard. "Don't you EVER call me that, you prick!" she said, backing up a bit from him. His expression quickly went from amusement, to shock, then to absolute anger. Fire seemed to be lighting up his eyes. "How dare you..." he said, walking up to her. "STAY AWAY FROM ME!!" she snarled, completely shifting into her giant wolf form, her fangs completely bared, getting ready to lunge at him. He stopped for a moment, seeming hesitant and wondering whether or not he should continue or not. After a bit it seemed as though he decided not to. She relaxed a little. Bad mistake.

He suddenly grabbed something off if a small table near the bed she was previously tied to, and lunged at her. She quickly dodged, jumping on him. She snarled in his face, but he didn't react. She was confused. Wasn't he afraid of her? She just stood there above him, her fangs bared the whole time. Again, no reaction. He pushed her off suddenly and injected her with some kind of sedative. She growled loudly and punched him again, leaving a very noticeable bruise on his face. He was mad now. He grabbed and effortlessly threw her across the room, making her hit her head on the wall. Hard. she growled up and ran to him, pinning him against the wall and kneed him in the gut multiple times before he pushed her off, making her hit another wall, forcing her to shift back. She sits there, her head pounding. She suddenly saw the syringe that he injected her with and slowly crept over and grabbed it while the man was still trying to regain his balance. He suddenly started walking over to her, smirking. "What makes you think you could beat me? You're weak," he challenged. Then he ran towards her and she swiftly injected him with the rest of the sedative. She kicked him and ran to the other side of the room growling at him. Just then he started running at her, but this time he seemed unfocused and dizzy. Kapu suddenly woke up and right when the man was in front of him, Kapu kicked him in the face, knocking him out. She sighed a breath of relief and ran to Kapu, untying him and hugging him. "Kapu thank you so much! Are you ok?" she asked him, seeing bruises on his arms. He chuckled softly. "Yes I'm fine! What about you! You have more cuts and bruises than me! Did he hurt you?!" he asked, concerned. "Yes a little but I'm ok... is Saphire up yet?" she asked quietly. He turned around, seeing her starting to stir. "I guess she's just now waking up," he said, walking over and untying her as well as she staggers to her feet and tried to regain balance. There was suddenly a loud noise behind them and they quickly turned around, seeing something written on the wall. It was a riddle. It read:

"To open the door you need but three, hearts of pure will eternally"

They stared at the wall, then at each other. What did it mean?
