Magnus POV:

My mouth opens automatically to shout again, but the bedroom door was torn open behind me and Alec stumbles hurrying trough it. The look in his eyes is worried and anxious, but still though and willing to act. As he sees me, being unharmed, it looks like a huge weight is lifted from his shoulders and  he seems relieved, though the worry stays.
"What is it? What happened? You sounded afraid, I..." he stops as he sees Charly. He puts a hand on my shoulder "Magnus..."

I look at him helpless " I don't know what to do, I... I just... Alec I need to help, but... I, I can't. I can't breathe." I stutter trying to get air in my lungs. "Shhh" Alec shushs. "You can calm down, look at me, look in my eyes. It's okay, you can do it. Breathe, nothing more. In and out." I stare into his eyes, feeling the panic decrease already and I finally slow my breathing. He pulls me into his arms, quick but strong and steady. "Thank you" I murmur at his chest.

My mind calms and focuses again and forms a plan for what to do now. "Alec get some blankets, bandages and warm water. I'll stop the bleeding and then I'll make her a potion to regain blood, because she already has lost too much." He nods, strives my shoulder and leaves for the bathroom.
I turn and face Charly. "I'm so sorry, biscuit," I tell her "but this is one of my few weak spots." and start working my magic on her.

I close the cuts in her arms slowly but steady until only bright red lines on her forearms reminde of them and unfortunately a lot of blood. Alec in the meantime has brought warm water and bandages and wrapped her into big blankets. I take a deep breath to calm myself. "I make the potion now, you do the bandages, but clean her first. Could you please put this on too? " I say to Alexander, handing him a cream I grabbed from my cupboard and he starts without a word, just nods again. I stare at him for a second stuck in my thoughts again, not being able to blink with my eyes so everything starts to get blurry until he notices, looks up at me and grabs hold of my hand. I blink. "She's going to be fine." I shrug, squeezing his hand and nod, turning towards my ingredient storage. I have to believe so myself.

Mixing different herbs and ingredients for an potion to increase the blood building and busting the fairy's system I turn back to the sofa and a shudder runs down my spine. I am filled with fear, fear of losing her.
Alexander has bandaged Charlys forearms and lied her back down. She is barely conscious and looks so terribly fragile. I stir the potion one last time and bent down to her, Alec holding her head up. Oh please let her be fine.
"Charly, open your mouth." But my hand keeps shaking and trembling so much I spill some of the liquid. "Let me do it." Alec says taking it from me. Kind of relieved I sit down on the sofa and rest her head on my lap. Alec infuses the potion little by little into the fairy's mouth, as I keep her head up.
