So something happened today that made me break down into tears and start crying. This is not meant to be attention seeking I just saying this so you all know.

Above is a list of words that I wrote. The things underlined are things I thought about myself, the things in quotes are things that people have told me, and everything else are things people have called/told me.
I am probably going to delete this, or not I don't really know. I'm sorry if this made any of you feel bad for me.
I can assure you I'm doing better now thanks to the help of my boyfriend who calmed me down.
