Your POV
I put the last box down in my soon to be living room and closed the door. I look around my new home thinking about where everything should be, but as I was about to start unpacking a knock was at the door. 'Must be one of the neighbors wanting to introduce themself' I thought as I headed to the door. I opened the door to see a man who looks to be in his early twenties, silver hair shining in the sunlight and I noticed there's a bit of green in his cowlick? Ahoge? Whatever you call them, along with dark green eyes. "Ah you must be my new neighbor! My name Ainchase Ishmael but call me Ain, it's nice to meet you!" He stuck his hand out smiling at me waiting for a handshake. I politely shook his hand and said "It's nice to meet you Ain I'm (Y/N)" I gave him a small smile and tried to take my hand back but he wouldn't let go, he only stared at our hands with his smile growing wider. I started to feel uncomfortable and yanked my hand away from his which made him snap out of his daze. "Pardon me, I must've been spacing out." He says putting his hand down, I shook it off knowing people space out at times.
Ain POV
His hand was soft...I wonder if his hair and the rest of his body are just as soft. I blush a little at the thought of touching his (S/C) skin and slowly running my fingers in his (H/L) (H/C) hair. I snapped out of my thoughts before before I blush more and catch (Y/N)'s attention. "How about I introduce you to the neighbors? Don't worry they're not scary at all" I ask looking into his (E/C) eyes. He agrees with my idea which makes me smile and grab his hand and take him to meet everyone.
Your POV
Ain is...an interesting person, he introduced me to my new neighbors but was acting kinda strange. He held my hand throughout each introduction and kept me close to him like I was going to leave him. He also gave glares to Add and Elesis who jokingly flirted with me. Everyone is so nice though like the couple two houses down from mine Raven and Rena, Eve was very quiet but I can tell she means well, Chung seemed like a smart guy, Elsword and Elesis are rowdy but funny, and Add is sarcastic but he seems like a cool guy. After all the introductions, Ain walked me home and was still holding my hand. I quickly removed my hand from his before he could grip it tighter. "Thanks for introducing me to everyone Ain, they all seem very nice." I say with a smile. He looked a little sad when I took my hand from his but went back to smiling. "It's no problem at all, if you need anything I'm next door" He says walking back to his house. I go inside of my house and looks around, 'Guess I should start unpacking' I thought and I go to all my boxes and start to unpack.
Ain POV
I go inside my house smiling from ear to ear knowing I got to hold (Y/N)'s hand for so long. I almost lost it when Elesis and Add flirted with my (Y/N) but I kept myself together not wanting to scare my cute angel. I thought of different ways to figure out everything about him. "Oh (Y/N), you have no idea what you've done to me~" I mumble to myself looking at the hand that held my angel's soft hand.
No One POV
Weeks soon turned to months since (Y/N) moved into the neighborhood. His bonds grew with each of his neighbors but so did this growing feeling of being watched. He felt his every movement was being tracked and while he slept and shower that feeling grew even greater. He didn't tell anyone because they would've thought he was being paranoid so he kept this to himself. Not only did bonds of friendship grow but also a bond of love, (Y/N) and Elesis started to date for a month now and they were both happy together...but that happiness will soon disappear.
Ain POV
I'm watching my angel talk to that filthy Elesis again. I still can't figure out what he sees in her, she's reckless, loud, and a troublemaker while he's sweet, kind, and helpful. I've been thinking of ways to get rid of her and I finally created the perfect plan to make her disappear...get ready Elesis because you shouldn't have messed with what's mine.
Your POV
Me and Elesis were talking about where we should go for our next date until her phone vibrated indicating she got a text. She pulled it out of her pocket and reads the text, "Oh Ain needs help with some new furniture!" I was a bit skeptical with that text because Ain doesn't really ask for help and when he does he usually asks me, Raven, or Elsword. But if he needs help from Elesis I guess he must be having a hard time. "Okay don't cause him too much trouble." I say jokingly and she smiles giving me a kiss on the lips. "I won't and I'll be back in time for our date" she says walking to Ain's house.
Ain POV
My plan is now in motion by luring Elesis into my trap. I hear a knock at the door, knowing it's probably the stupid redhead herself, I head to the door and opens it. "Hiya Ain you said you needed help with some furniture?" I force a smile and nods letting her in my house. "Yeah it's kinda confusing, I was hoping you could help me." I ask trying to hold back my urge to kill her here and now. "Oh no prob I'm happy to help out a friend." 'I was your friend until you took (Y/N) away from me.' I thought bitterly but I kept the friendly facade to keep her suspicions of me down. "Thanks let me show you the furniture" I say walking to the living room as she follows me unknowingly going to her grave. We stop in front of a large box and I look at her "Can you open it while I get the tools?" I ask politely moving away from her to slowly reach for the bat I hid behind a chair. She opens the box but looks confused as the box is empty, "Um Ain the box is-" I didn't even let her finish before I swung the bat onto her head making a sickening crunch noise which was music to my ears. Her body fell with blood slowly pouring out of her head and I pick up her body putting it in the box. "Now I have to clean up and hide the body somewhere" and I have the perfect place to hide it.
Your POV
It's been a few hours since Elesis was helping Ain with the furniture and I was wondering if she was alright, she can be a bit of a dunce sometimes so hopefully she's ok. I decide to go over to Ain's house to see if everything is fine. I knocked on the door and waited for Ain or Elesis to answer but no one did. I go to knock again but the door swings open to reveal a sweaty Ain and and he looks surprised and kinda nervous to see me. "(Y/N) what are you doing here?" He questions me and I got confused why he would ask me that, "I'm checking on your progress with the furniture and checking on Elesis, by the way where is she?" He smiles brightly and replies "She's dead my angel~" I slowly turn pale and back away from him and he looks confused. "Why are you backing away from me? Do I still smell like blood? I thought I washed it out already" He says with a pout looking for bloodstains on his clothes. I took this chance to run back to my house, but he was faster and caught me before I could reach my door, and he didn't look happy. "Were you trying to run from me?! I saved you from that redhead brat and this is how you thank me?!" He snapped at me with venom and I look frightened. This made him calm down and apologize to me softly while caressing my skin. Than he suddenly picked me up and took me inside of his house, "Now that Elesis is out the way of our love we can finally be together~" he purred kissing my forehead. "Y-You're sick Ain! People are going to question where she is!" I spat tearing up from the thought of my dead girlfriend. "I can always lie, they wouldn't suspect me of being a killer" he said calmly and carried me upstairs.
Ain POV
I finally have my (Y/N) back. He started to cry and fight back but he's probably confused with the news that he's free from that terrible relationship. I opened my bedroom door and put him on the bed, he tried to run to the door and I easily caught him. "You won't be leaving my dear, you'll be staying in here forever or until I trust you to not escape" I explain to him and I can see the hope in his eyes slowly vanish leaving dull (E/C) eyes. I sigh and kiss his forehead, "I'll get started on dinner ok?" He doesn't reply or even nod and I take that as an ok and leaves the room locking it behind me.

He'll fall for me sooner or later, I am the charming boy next door aren't I?
