Olivia's POV

" Love is patient, Love is kind"

I've been reading this phrase for the past twenty minutes in the bus yet I can't get over it and I'm here again, to a place where my dark life was buried a few years back. A long-forgotten name, "hmmpp.., But what is between Nathe and her? Is he enjoying her touch?"

I need to stop myself while I can, I need to focus on reality. The reality that I'm just a mere normal person, good for bed... buzzing to encourage myself to move on.

As I stand outside the office building I pause for a few minutes staring from bottom to top of this huge tower. I looked stupid, yes... but it felt heavy to work here. "No choice Olivia, you need to work harder."

"Olivia... Welcome back.." a sweet smile of Marco when I entered his office.

"Thank you." my awkward reply.

"Do you want to have some coffee before we start the briefing?" A smile that doesn't leave his face. He is not just handsome but sexy as well.

Whooaaa... And where that came from Olivia?
"No, Thank you Mr Silvero. Maybe later.." I politely refuse his offer but glimpsing on his features.

"Please, call me Marco. Mr Silvero is too formal.." A gleam that shadows his face.

"And by the way, you look gorgeous today. Well frankly, it was from the day I saw you." He taunts and directs me to a room next to his office.

"Oookkayy... I will try to be comfortable addressing you with your first name." I fluttered as I can feel my face turns to red as a tomato.

He grins on me while observing my reaction, "Very well, so this will be your table. Basically, it will be located next to my office."

"Great! I can start my work now." I place all my things in the table to let him know he can leave me alone.

"Let's go together for lunch later Oli.. at 12:30 and no room for excuses..." He went out before I can protest.

"What is wrong with these people! Are they the owner of my time?" Slamming the papers at my desk just to vent out my irritation.

"Can I have my free time? Grrrrrhhhh" I can't imagine taking my lunch with him, I will run out of words to say and only to put myself in embarrassment.

Even on a busy day, Nathe is in my mind. He kept on calling me for the last three days but I'm ignoring it.

It felt satisfying that I have my revenge on him but a part of me was expecting him to run after me, I simpered to think about it whereby it is impossible to happen.

"Olivia..time to go for lunch" Marco' s luring invitation while holding the door. His smile is enticing yet even from afar I can smell his scent that is captivating, I grabbed my purse and followed him.

I can' t help to admire his neatness and tidiness, his strong smell that any woman can be turned on. "Where actually we are going?" I curiously ask him while we are walking down the hall.

"There are a few choices of restaurants here but I will introduce you to my favourite place." He excitedly enters the door and pulls the chair for me.

I gladly glance at him as he introduced me to his all-time favourite menu, he is the exact opposite of Nathaniel. Marco is a jolly and smiley person while Nathaniel is the serious and bossy type.

"Nooooo... Why am comparing the two of them?" I flip the pages back and forth like I'm looking for something to eat but thoughts of him squabbling in my mind.

" Did you enjoy your food Oli?"

"Yes, Marco. I must admit it is delicious." My honest answer after finishing a big portion of the food.

"Olivia???..." a familiar voice behind my ears and my body suddenly become stiff.

I can see Marco's eyes narrowed as he observed Nathaniel walking towards where we are.

"I'm calling you multiple times Olivia " I was stunned to hear the footsteps is getting closer and closer to us.

Marco stood up and blocked his way, "Gosh! I can't be a referee between the two of them. They are bigger and stronger than me."

"Olivia, tell your lunch mate to move out of my way." Nathe's straight serious voice peering to Marco.

"You are not welcome here Nathaniel, so get lost." My knees are now shaking and not knowing what to do next.

I forcefully hold Nathe's arm in expectation of him to step back but instead, he moved forward clenching his fists. Now I really need to do something before it is too late.

"You two must stop this now.!" Swaying his arms in the air and Trying to be calm but obviously, my tone is cracking down.

I swiftly went out and left the two of them, even if they fight I don't want to care anymore. The two arrogant people that I want to get rid now, I never felt embarrassed in my life than today.
