Draco saw something enter the cabin with Zabini, it was so quick that for a moment he was convinced that he had imagined it, but then he saw it in a quick second as he heard Crabbe's luggage slam into something, and was now sure that Potter had decided to pay them a visit.
The fact that he had been lying with his head on Pansy's lap, while she stroked his hair while being watched by Harry filled him with fear and pleasure all at the same time.
He waited until the carriage was finally empty to corner Potter.
Draco pulled at Harry's cloak, and saw a deviant but slightly flushed Harry staring right at him.
"Could not wait until we were at the dining hall to finally see me, Potter?" Draco mocked as he pulled Harry off the ground by his collar and slammed him against the Train window.
"You wish" He said, staring right back at him, his eyes not betraying any sign of rage.
"You didn't hear anything I didn't want you too, anyway," Draco said his teeth gritted.
Draco had now pressed Harry completely into the wall and could feel how close he was to Harry, whose staring eyes did him no good.
"It was worth a try," Harry said "I-"
Harry stopped mid-sentence, as he too felt how close Draco was to him and was now intently staring at him, the rage gradually dissolving from his features, as his eyes relaxed slightly.
Draco could not help but stare at his green eyes. They were an odd shade, not quite the green of the trees, or that of any diamond, this green was associated with Potter and Potter alone, his eyes were oddly beautiful.
To his surprise, Harry was also looking at him, not staring, just looking at his face as if it was the first time he had ever seen it. Their faces were inching closer and closer still.
Draco did not know what was happening to him, it was like someone had jinxed him, but he knew that he was perfectly under control, but he could not stop himself.
"Harry?" He heard someone in the corridor, and he finally broke out of his reverie.
"Tonks" Harry whispered and Draco pulled himself abruptly away from him.
"Harry are you-?" The pixie-haired woman walked into the carriage.
"Malfoy, what are you doing here?" She asked him, already assuming that he was here to probably kill someone. It irritated him and he was filled with an undying hatred.
He turned around to find that Harry had vanished, and there was apparently nothing or no one behind him now.
"None of your business," He said at once.
The lady, Tonks, opened her mouth to say something but then shut it. As if deciding that Draco was not worth her energy and time.
She walked away without any other question.
"Hurry up, we will have to jump, it's too late now."
Draco saw harry mutter the locomotion spell on his luggage and was surprised when Harry held his hand and pulled him to out of the compartment
Draco could not help but stare at their intertwined hands feel electricity pulsing through him due to the contact, as he wondered what would have happened if they weren't interrupted.
